POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Still buzzing from this one! We’ve won the Premier’s Award for Contribution to the Community at the Tasmanian Hospitality Awards!

It’s a huge honour, and one that feels much bigger than just us. So much of what makes Easy Tiger special comes from the people around us, our incredible team, musicians, makers, community groups, regulars, visitors, and every person who has shown up, supported an event, shared an idea or helped bring something to life.

There’s an incredible amount of work that happens behind the scenes, not just at Easy Tiger, but across the venues and small businesses that make St Helens what it is. To have that contribution recognised at a state level feels really special.

This is the first time in more than a decade that this award has come to the East Coast, and we’re very proud to bring it home to St Helens.

A huge thank you to our team and our community for continuing to make Easy Tiger what it is. This one is for all of us! 💛

Be honest…have you shown up for yourself enough this week? 💛

If the answer is no, there’s still time to make space for yourself.

We’ve got a few beautiful ways to do just that over the rest of the week, including Taylor’s second-to-last class at Sun Rock this Friday 🥹 Come practice with Taylor before she heads off on her next adventure! We’ll be making the most of these last few classes together.

And if you’re looking for a slower Sunday, we’ve got something special for you too:

✨ Community Qigong with Nick from @wujimedicine (location TBA)
✨ Yin with @sofia.yoga_ayurveda at 4pm

A little movement, a little stillness, and some time to simply come back to yourself.

Which one are you joining us for? Book via the Momence app.

Winter Solstice Retreat 🤍 🔥

We came together as strangers under the longest night of winter.

We slowed down, we nourished with yoga flows, connection, nourishing food, intimate conversations, fireside burning rituals, sound healing, sauna, massage, walks in nature.

We found stillness, and then cold plunging in the beautiful Tasman Sea.

And finally we all exhaled.

Connected.

Our Winter Solstice Retreat is something magical and special - and if you were lucky enough to experience it - thank you for making it so special!

Humbled and blessed to be living here on this beautiful land and sharing connection together.

A weekend of pure delight - my heart is still comprehending it all 🤍🫶🏽 grateful is an understatement.

There’s something about winter solstice… 🔥

The stillness, the quiet, the invitation to soften and listen.

This June, we gather at the Bay of Fires to slow down, reconnect, and honour the turning of the season — within and around us.

Think nourishing yoga vinyasa, yin, nourishing curated meals, ocean air, deep rest, connection, and space to just be. ⛺️ 🔥

✨ Early bird pricing is now open for a limited time
✨ Limited spots available

If you’ve been craving space, this is your sign.

We have early bird pricing until the 4 May - payment plans available… come and join us?

Some moments from five big days @foldeyoga in Hobart with a collection of good humans — diving deep into the practice of Yin Yoga and the ancient wisdom of Taoism & the Five Elements.

I’m constantly reminded of how the blueprint of the Five Elements is a living, breathing tapestry that guides us back to wholeness and re-weaves our innate relationship to the natural world.

Recognising ourselves not as something seperate from, but a part of it all.

The world needs these practices.
Now, I believe, more than ever.

We need ways home to the body.
To slow down and listen.
To widen our nervous systems capacity to hold more of our experience.
We need ways to re-establish our relationship with the natural world.

Every time, I’m reminded why.
I’m so grateful for the humans that continue showing up for this.

The final containers of this training for 2026 are coming up soon, and will be the last of their kind for some time.

→ Melbourne, June 10–14th
→ Noosa, August 5–9th

You can DM me for more info. x

P.s. not the kinda song I’d usually lay over a Yin training but this song pre much summed up the energy of the week. 😅🔥
