This year was the first time I reached the famous 300pts and on Saturday in the finale, I finished beautifully by winning the Regional Series for the first time!
I am very proud of this achievement!!

Yes, performance is something, but a season like this is nothing without my partners Yanick Sab Prs and Phil Prs and the whole gang who travel for matches, we seriously have an incredible community!
Congratulations to all the winners, it was hotly contested!

Thank you also to all those who supported me throughout the season in this adventure, it really makes a big difference!
@mdttac21 : ACC Elite chassis and a ton of accessories
@bighornsalesltd : @benchmarkbarrels Just phenomenal!
Labradar: LX Lab reliable and accurate
@lapua_ammunition
@sab.labs
My wife!!

Lastly, thanks also to all the sponsors of the series and especially to Kestrel Ballistics for this match, I was finally able to improve my old OG Kestrel for the top notch 5700x wez bluetooth! by @benchmarkbarrels

Well we all made it back from Montana. We took the kids and Jodi’s dad. It was Leo’s first time elk hunting and being in Montana. We hit the badlands, Battle of Little Bighorn, some parks, and then our friend Blake’s place in Wyoming on the way out to let the kids stretch their legs and break the trip up. We made it to Montana safely and got unloaded and ready for some elk hunting. We went out w Shawn and located some right away. We got in as close as we could without spooking em and got set up. Jodi and I laid down next to each other and decided to shoot at the same time. I’d ranged 550 yds and then dialed the guns. We shot on 3 and the two big cows went less than 20 yds before tipping over. Jodi was using the 20” 260AI w 140 elite hunters at 2775 fps and I was using my 22” 300 nmi w 245 lrht bergers at a mild 2750. We got the kids in a pic and then got everything quartered and cleaned up. Next morning Shawn, Leo and I went out. We located a couple cows and got Leo into position. The bigger one stepped out in some brush at 280 yds quartering away and Leo sent a 140 elite hunter right into the vitals. It ran 10 yds and fell over. After some pics we got it quartered out and back into camp. That night we had sous vide and seared some elk heart and inner loin. Delicious. We spent the rest of the trip driving around national forests and Yellowstone while taking our time heading home. Plenty of city parks and Dairy Queen’s for the kids each day. Big thank you to Shawn and his family for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful ranch. We greatly appreciate the opportunity. Making memories with friends and family is what it’s all about. Filling the freezers with amazing meat is icing on the cake. Can’t wait til we make it back out to Montana. @defiancemachine @mannersstocks @benchmarkbarrels @nightforce_optics @unknownsuppressors @bergerbullets @alpha_munitions by @benchmarkbarrels

6.7 PowerStroke build highlights. One of my favorites that has absolutely exceeded all expectations. Way overbore cartridges are supposed to be finicky, hard to get consistent accuracy, and a challenge to keep in tune. So I’m told… 😂 well this thing has shot multiple powders, brass, and bullets consistently sub half moa from 100 to 1000. So that’s not the case with a benchmark chambered by Travis. IYKYK…

Build specs
Barrel: @benchmarkbarrels 27” VCC chambered in 6.7 PowerStroke by @tscustomsrifles 🔨
Action: @defiancemachine Ruckus Tactical LA 😮‍💨
Chassis: @mdttac21 ACC Elite 👌
Optic: @tangent_theta_inc 5-25x56 Professional in a sphur mount 😎
Trigger: @trigger.tech 💎 set to 4oz
Suppressor: @primaryweapons PWS BDE 🤫
Bipod: @mdttac21 CKYE-POD 👊
Ammo: hand loaded @bergerbullets 6mm 120 LRHT running 3580 🔥

This is one of the most consistently accurate rifles I’ve ever shot and carries massive performance for hunting and shooting both well past 1000 yards. It’s been a blast 💥
Can’t think Travis @tscustomsrifles enough. Barrel after barrel. Cartridge after cartridge. The results are the same. They just always hammer 😤
