Put the miles in (literally). Had some great structure pinned on the lake, yet every spot from rock piles to sunken trees was void of fish. Eventually stumbled upon a green weed line, and it was game on. Saw bass, pike, and panfish all cruising the weeds on the aqua vu. A giant red mark would fly in on the flasher, and seconds later, smash your spoon, leaving your rod doubled over and drag ripping, hoping you got a solid hookset. taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota by @bendatres

The Murph + other Memorial activities 🎣🏊‍♂️🌞

Year two of doing the murph at @crusher_crossfit. Coming together as a gym, doing hard stuff, and remembering the point of Memorial Day. A little family support definitely helps. taken in Crusher Fitness + Health by @bendatres

Happy due date baby girl 💜 Gianna Sue Datres was born on 6/18 at 2:23am weighing 6lb11oz. After a fast and furious delivery, she had fluid retained in her lungs and was immediately transferred to the NICU. After blowing all expectations out of the water, she was discharged on Saturday and is settling in fantastic at home. She and momma are doing well and soaking up all the snuggles they missed while she was hospitalized 🥰 taken in Ridgeview Medical Center by @bendatres

Quick day and a half run to Wisconsin last weekend. Just enough time to hangout with family and get on the water to catch a few.

2025 Fishing Opener 🎣
Ran north last weekend to experience Upper Red on opener. Looks a bit different not frozen over, but like always full of walleye (and people). taken in Upper Red Lake, Minnesota by @bendatres

Quick day and a half on Red last weekend turned into a little of every species, just missing a pike! A 7am rattle reel going off next to your head is the perfect way to start the day. 🎣 taken in Upper Red Lake, Minnesota by @bendatres
