Heavy overhead. Hanging from the rig.

Some days at Crusher, you get the best of both worlds: weightlifting + gymnastics.

Whether you’re learning your first toes-to-bar or chasing a heavier push press, every workout is an opportunity to build strength, confidence, and resilience.

Show up. Do the work. Surprise yourself.

You—yeah, you.
The one who’s been thinking about switching things up.

Maybe you’re bored.
Maybe your workouts feel… flat.
Maybe you’ve been waiting for the “right time.”

This might be it.

The weather’s shifting.
The energy feels different.
And something in you is ready for more.

Not more random workouts—
more purpose. more challenge. more progress.

You don’t have to commit to anything big right away.
Just come check it out.

Swing by.
Talk with a coach.
See if it feels like what you’ve been missing.

No pressure—just a starting point.

We’ll meet you there.

Scaling is one of the biggest reasons CrossFit truly is for everyone.

Every workout is written with a purpose—and scaling makes sure you can hit the intended stimulus, no matter your experience, strength level, or mobility.

It’s not about making things easier. It’s about making the workout effective, safe, and appropriately challenging for YOU.

This is why CrossFit works.
This is why anyone can start.
This is why you should give it a shot!

Murph is more than a workout — it’s a tribute. 🇺🇸

Yesterday, we moved with purpose to honor Lt. Michael Murphy and all who gave everything in service.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with courage, heart, and respect.
