Debut European Champs Birmingham 2026 🇬🇧 🐂

Incredible experience to close out my 2026 season and it’s been a hell of a season‼️

Gutted to miss out on the final by such a fine margin but that’s the sport and it will be the fuel for the upcoming winter…

Thanks to @britishathletics for the opportunity and incredible support the team provides to allow us to compete with the best prep possible.

Finally a massive thank you to the incredible support team I have around me day in, day out. Big shout out to @joeparker_1 my S&C guru, @trower.john for all he does, @danpembrokepgb for being a mentor and such a fun training partner, @choiceagencyltd for all the competition opportunities this year and most importantly to Mum and Dad for everything!

This is just the beginning…

Glasgow, it was an honour 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

My first major championships and it has been the experience of a lifetime! So proud to have had the opportunity to represent @officialteamengland at the 2026 commonwealth games.

Coming away 8th in a field of 18 competing amongst many of the world’s best throwers! To have produced a PB with the pressure of the occasion was incredible! Helped along by the amazing support from everyone in the stadium at Scotstoun, thank you all!

From the prep camp all the way to the closing ceremony this has been an unforgettable trip, this team has been nothing but a joy to be a part of.

Finally, thank you to all those around me who support me in what I do and who without a doubt are the reason I am here. taken in Scotstoun Stadium by @beneast_

Pleasure to have my coach @trower.john and training partner @danpembrokepgb there and I’m sure you’ll notice the very vocal support coming from my mum in the stands which is always worth another few meters!
