My remix of “Love Letter” by the incredible @benjibower and the @theterracollectiveorchestra77 featuring @kathleenfrancesmusic is out on @tru_thoughts today. The original is a breathtaking work of melancholy beauty and I’ve done my level best not to trample all over that. Available in all the usual places.

Renowned composer, pianist, producer and musical director Benji Bower, along with Bristol’s 60-piece @theterracollectiveorchestra77 follow their debut album ‘Terra Coda’ with a dancefloor-ready remix of “Love Letter feat. @kathleenfrancesmusic.” They continue to expand the sonic universe of Terra Coda, bridging orchestral depth with dancefloor energy. a few words about the project.

In 2023, re-discovering the landscape of his childhood, Dan embarked on a series of meetings and workshops which opened up an unexpected encounter. When Babylon Arts introduced Dan to Katie Boag and Ash Goosey – two krump dancers from the Ely area – they collaborated on a short film that resonates profoundly with many of the themes he went into the residency with; young people, landscape, climate grief and ritual. The film, Fenland Elegy, premiered at Norfolk & Norwich Festival in 2024. by @benjibower
