Crossing the longest Highline in History 4000m in total

Result of the adventure.
(Francais en commentaire)
After two days of preparation and two days of rigging, the line remained operational for less than 24 hours before it had to be taken down because of an approaching storm.

I was lucky enough to make the first crossing.
This crossing couldn’t be considered a send attempt, since it involved detaching the highline from the curtain rod. It was the final step before any real attempts could take place.

My crossing lasted 2 hours including 600m of pulley and stopping to remove the last pulley.
The line was really hard at the beginning and end 300m. Behaved like a tension longline.
Middle part was cruising. A bit of humping but nothing so crazy.
Logan, the organizer, went right after me to make a full attempt. He fell at approximately 3 km.
The next morning, the weather got worse and we had to get the line down.
It remains the longest highline ever installed in the world. Everyone is safe and sound.
It made us tired but happy. And we have an excuse to try again next year.

First time in @outdoormixfest, first time seeing @hilight.tribe , and damn what a night it was 💥✨

Being able to perform on the line with the band on stage just below was one crazy experience. The crowd was wild and I could definitely feel the energy coming from them.
The music was good, the friends were awesome, a night to be remembered, 10/10 would come again.

@kremervalentinpictures was my producer for this show, thanks for the invitation. And of course @giada_regoli97
For filming me!

Almost 2 years ago the world record of highline distance fell. A team of 25 people led by @frisure_slackogrimpante. 8 people walked it without falling, I was one of them.

This project was monumental, it was a sport as well as a technical record.

Tomorrow another team will try to beat this world record.
I'm wishing them the best weather condition. Good luck @jaantastic for this challenge.

Shenxianju 2026 was a blast!
We had good weather, good race. The place still look stunning

I'm still behind the best time but still consistently in the top 7 of the world
I can feel that my injury is not the main reason holding me back anymore. Until now I was focus on healing, but I start realizing that I'm ready to focus more on training again. Might be just a mental shift but definitely stoke to start pushing again.

@slackerioz behind the wheel or all the organisation thank you for your dedication.

14min 13s for 1 Kilometer. Same pace as someone would walk on the ground
I was dreaming of a sub 15min performance for many year but didn't have the occasion to step on a km line. Then the accident happened and pushed all the project away.
I'm so happy that @nie_typowy_janusz and the Polish team provided the occasion with this speed Master competition. I ended up with a second place on the podium 🥈

Cherry on the cake, this chrono was the WR of speed for one evening. It got beaten the very next day by Kuba. I'm still very proud of the recovery journey that lead me here, now my personal benchmark is set, and I can work on beating my time again.

Luckily the earth is still spinning!

Cheers on, it's not over. Injury are not permanent, you'll get over them and discover new thing. After a year of spinning wheelchair, I was so happy to discover Dapo spinning and go back into Highline Show!

"Do you feel like flying while on a highline?"

- More like a floating feeling, where gravity don't apply anymore. - ~¬°. ~`.

Thank you @mhphighlinefestival2026 for this amazing revival! Let's keep the stoke blasting

What did a flock of chicken say when they cross a road?
- Puuuuull! Pull! Pull! Pull 🐔

Even when the project don't always succeed. Don't forget that life is beautiful, that friends are here to help and to take some good sleep. Thank you everyone involve in this pulling project.

Unfortunately we did not succeed in establishing a new kilometer line. So probably we have an' excuse to come back next year.

@ribeauville68 historical castles once again brought to live with the slacklines from @heitzou and @benoit_brume. Unfortunately not with the record we hoped, nevertheless the 860m was impressive and beautiful 🤩
During rigging of the 1km the tagline broke and had us forced to cancel the 1km.

Pieter in the air…
