Friends, we’re one month away from our next Equinox Songwriting Retreat (Oct 16-18). We’re honored to have Ben Sollee back with us as a guest artist/teacher. He’s brilliant, and you’re going to love him!

Whether you’re an experienced songwriter, a novice just starting out, or a music super fan curious about the process, this weekend is for you. The weekend includes workshops, one-on-one feedback from professional songwriters, a chance to perform in a small, supportive open-mic setting, performances by Suz, David, and Ben, and plenty of time to connect with fellow participants.

If you need housing help while in Charlottesville, let us know.

Registration link in bio.

“The songwriting retreat was a seminal experience. It changed the way I think about music and creativity, and helped me feel more comfortable sharing my music with the world.”

“It is more than a songwriting workshop. It’s a three-day pass to a creative life. Into their studio, into their home, these artists take anyone, however inexperienced, and let them witness and be part of a superior level of craft.”

“I’ve been listening to, puzzling with, dissecting, and writing songs for most of my life. It took me this long to identify a missing component: the importance of being around other songwriters.” taken in Charlottesville, Virginia by @bensollee
