Portugal international✅

Day 1: throw of 62.45m to win the u20 competition 🥇

Day 2: New SB of 66.13m to earn a 🥈over the length of the weekend.

Well overall a great weekend.

On Saturday I competed at the BIGish championship only performing 3 throws as practice for a “qualifying” with the aim of 63m. I then threw 65.16m being a huge SB, a u20 championship record and back to 1st in the UK u20.

Two days later on the Monday I then competed for England at the Pickering memorial as the “final”. unfortunately the distance I set was not achieved, but so much has been learnt and will be taken forward into preparation.
Well done to everyone who competed over the weekend and thanks to all the coaches 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿👏 taken in Loughborough University by @benthrowsjav

First place in Mens NAL competition with a 56m+ throw despite the extreme cross wind. Last comp this season for Yeovil, winning the league getting promoted next season.
