Tonbridge AC and Swansea Harriers were left smiling at glorious promotion up to the NAL Premiership for next season 😁

But it was a close, entertaining Promotion Match with moments of joy for all eight clubs

Not the result you wanted, but when 6 days before you didn't think you would be competing due to a hip injury, double physio and acupuncture to even be able to try to throw. Then going down ill the day before the comp with a virus we are so proud of you still being in the podium.Huge congrats to lewis and well deserved. Frustrating when you have worked hard all season for it but you take the highs and the lows. #javelin #lostvoice #englandthrows #ukjavelin #englandathletics

70.08m for the win today at the @runforron memorial throws international in Loughborough. Was a great competition, I enjoyed very much. Thank you to @englandathletics @england_athletics_throws for putting on this competition for us. Thank you to all the sponsors for also making sure this competition could go on.

Well done to @felicity.dawes today too for her first event lead. You did an amazing job.

Tried to tag as many people as possible, maxed out very quickly.
