Mount Everest Summit!!!

May 18th - 9:10am - 8,848M 😭🏔️

Wow!! I did it, a dream of mine since I was a little kid and I finally got to stand on top of the world a few days ago!
It still hasn’t sunk in at all and I’m extremely emotional and feel blessed to of been able to summit Mount Everest, the most challenging thing I will ever do physically and mentally and I met some incredible people along the way including the Sherpas who are the real hero’s of the mountains 🙌🏻💪🏻

Thanks to my family and friends for every ounce of support you’ve given me, WE DID IT ❤️ I took bun bun every step of the way and I hope I have shown my daughter that anything in life is possible if you work hard for it and you will achieve your dreams!

It’s time to get back to the UK to family and relax and take some time to let it all sink in, who knows what’s next for me but first a Holiday 😂

Peace out 🤙🏻

Ama Dablam summit 6,812M - 8:06am 25th April 2024 🤙🏻🏔️

I am immensely proud of summiting Ama Dablam a few days ago! Months and months of training and hard work lead to this moment where I collapsed on my hands and knees and shed a few tears on the summit!!

It hasn’t all sunk in just yet being able to summit one of the hardest mountains in the world but I hope I made my family and friends proud and inspired everyone along the way 💪🏻

Without doubt the hardest thing I think il do in my life, summit day was incredibly hard and I had to mentally push through every step to the summit, I have a little frostbite on my nose and my toes but very happy to safely descend and I’m now safe in Kathmandu ready to return to the UK!

This journey has been crazy and Thankyou for all the support and a huge shout out to Gesman for getting me to the summit and pushing my limits 🙌🏻

Everest next?

Ben x

Without a doubt the hardest thing Iv ever done in my life and I shed a few tears on the summit, I’m now part of the 6,000m club and wow it’s got to be my biggest achievement so far in life 🙌🏻

Big thanks to the Sherpas who helped me, I doubted myself so much on the summit push I was so fatigued but I made it and this is a perfect step towards my first 8,000er coming soon, lobuche is a very technical mountain for a 6,000er and I’m blessed to of summited!!

Thanks everyone for the kind messages and support it means a lot, let’s carry on this crazy journey 🤙🏻

Little Manaslu vlog from camp 1 to 3 🏔️🤙🏻

I can never describe the thrill of going through the ice falls on the mountains, 6,000m up and an extremely scary place but makes you feel alive at the same time 😳🏔️

I’ve not even been back from Manaslu a month yet and I’m already thinking about the next project, Lhotse is very high on my list and to go back to the place I’ve been and love right in the Everest region!
I’m not sure the draw of the mountains will ever leave me and especially with the disappointment of how Manaslu ended, as much as I enjoyed the rotation to camp 3 on Manaslu I didn’t massively enjoy the trek in, I think once you’ve been spoilt by the views on the way to Everest basecamp it’s going to be hard to trek to other mountains for me now so I’d love to go back there and do it again and climb the 4th highest mountain in the world 🏔️

Still very sad this expedition came to an end but grateful to be back safe and making it to Camp 3 and got to wake up to these views at camp 2 above the clouds ☁️ 😍

Manaslu update - September 24th!!

It’s hard to write this but our Manaslu expedition is now over and il be flying back to the UK tomorrow!

Bad avalanches, a cyclone about to hit Nepal, deaths and heavy snow fall has made the mountain extremely unsafe and no longer climbable this season, I’m lucky to be safe and back in Kathmandu but this one’s a hard pill to swallow!

I’ve been very lucky the last 3 seasons to make summits including Mount Everest but this one wasn’t meant to be, I reached camp 3 just under 7,000m on rotation and felt very strong and I know for sure I’d of made the summit, after months of training hard and preparation it’s tough knowing there’s nothing you can do and the mountain always has the final say!

I want to thank everyone for your support and hopefully we’ll be back on another 8,000m expedition in the future but who knows for now!

R.I.P to the climbers who lost their lives, I had a very good team and hopefully il get to climb with you guys in the future again 🙏

Until next time ❤️🏔️
