Tracing Transformation isn’t just telling the story of COMPASS @beourcompass Initiative — the IMPACT tells the story. ❤️

At USCHA @nmachiv I talked with Dr. Demi McCoy to learn about what COMPASS has helped build across the South:

💰 $133+ MILLION awarded
🏢 498 community-based organizations funded
🤝 1,645 grants provided
🎓 590,131 people trained
🙌🏾 651,000+ people engaged
📣 123+ MILLION reached through media campaigns

And COMPASS-funded organizations have gone on to secure another $111.6 MILLION from government, foundations and corporate sources.

Those aren’t just numbers. That’s infrastructure. That’s community power. That’s transformation.

I was honored to witness the first public showing of Tracing Transformation at USCHA — and even more honored to talk with Demi about a story I’ve had the privilege of personally watching unfold.
