2019 at 150kgs - 2026 on stage at 77kgs. Deciding to do a bodybuilding prep was the final stage in my weight loss journey. I wanted to see what I was capable of when I gave 100% discipline to my training and nutrition. Along the way, I learnt more about my own body. I learnt what works, what doesn’t, and just how much can change with consistency and discipline. I know I can now use what I’ve learnt to help the people around me achieve their own fitness goals, whatever they are. That’s why I’ve just launched @buildwithberen If I can inspire, educate or motivate even one person to improve their health, feel better about body, or fall in love with fitness the way I have, it’ll all be worth it. I genuinely just want to help people become the best version of themselves. Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey, I appreciate you all ❤️ by @beren_m
NO MATTER WHERE IN YOUR JOURNEY YOU ARE - be proud of how far you’ve come 🤍🙏🫡 . . . . . #Fitness #WeightLossJourney #FitnessTransformation #bodybuilding #BuildWithBeren by @beren_m
28KGS LOST IN MY 6 MONTH BODYBUILDING PREP - definitely bulked too hard 😂😭 . . . . . #Fitness #WeightLossJourney #FitnessTransformation #bodybuilding #BuildWithBeren by @beren_m
First contest prep - March 2nd - September 12th 194 days. 28 weeks. 105kg - 77kg (-28kgs) No cheating. No off plan meals since Bali in April. This has been the most disciplined period of my life. Every waking moment was on a schedule. Everything has been tracked. I’ve learnt so much about my body and overall sports science and nutrition. More importantly is what I’ve learnt about my mind. They say prep shows you who you truly are. I have tried so hard to be considerate, positive, and continue to be caring for my family. I wasn’t always perfect, but my appreciation and love for the people around me has grown exponentially. My sincere thank you to everyone who has supported this journey. I’m so excited to see what I can bring to the stage tomorrow, regardless of the outcome, I’ll know I tried my absolute best. 🙏❤️ KEEP MOVING FORWARD🫡💪 by @beren_m

Some of my favourite moments from the Three Passes Trek 🇳🇵 The guides on our trek, Siddhanta and Jagat really made the trek special. Dancing together on the passes. Joking together. Teaching us some Nepali. It was such a wonderful experience spending 17 days with them. . . . . . #nepal #nepaltrekking #trekking #everest #mteverest #adventure #reelsofindia #reels #reel #explore #explorepage #shorts #foryoupage I by @beren_m
THREE PASSES TREK - NEPAL 🇳🇵 The three passes trek in the Khumbu region of Nepal - Kongma La (5,550m), Cho La (5,420m), and Renjo La (5,360m). Starting at Lukla and trekking in a loop to the base of Everest, this trek is the more challenging version of the EBC trek. . . . . . . #nepal #nepaltrekking #trekking #everest #mteverest #adventure #reelsofindia #reels #reel #explore #explorepage #shorts #foryoupage by @beren_m
The landscapes of the 7 day Great Lakes Trek are absolutely incredible. The photos and videos don’t do it justice. Last post from this trek. Heading to Nepal next for EBC! 💪 by @beren_m
