Been taking a few days to let all the excitement of releasing Dark Forest sink in.

Im so greatful for every single one of you that listened and shared Dark Forest.

A little snippet of the show on Saturday night 🎤💃✨

The last few weeks have felt so special, the last two shows I’ve done the stage hasn’t felt scary any more, it’s felt like coming home, it’s felt like a place of connection and purpose and I’m so grateful for everyone who’s been rooting for me.

Still buzzing after this show, the Ground Effect @soundsoflifetouring @groundcurrumbin what a beautiful intentional show you’re creating.. 🥹✨ thank you from the bottom of my heart for having me.

And a very big shout out to the beautiful talented Mon from @sundaraproductions for capturing some special moments.

I’m so excited to make more music and keep growing each time I get up there on stage, I feel so greatful to be there and with each show I’m just trying to do a lil better and go a lil deeper 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Aw a very quick trip to Adelaide to see my sissy queen @chelsea_carsun and @james_williamss0 ✈️🫶✨💃🥹😭 absolutely adored our time together! On the plane back home and wishing I was still having chats and shenanigans in your cozy lil home. 🏠 thanks for the funnest sweetest 48 hours.

End of the Dark Forest Era 🌳

It felt so special releasing a song after such a long time, I remember how nervous I felt. sometimes there just has to be a small spark, somewhere inside of us right?
I’d always hoped that I would do music again, from the heart, but because I ‘failed’ the first time I felt as though I didn’t deserve to take up the space, that for what ever reason I wasn’t worthy enough, or good enough.

Perhaps all along I wasn’t being authentic enough, I actually don’t have the answers, and picking it all apart I’ve found doesn’t help.
Starting from where ever I was at that moment helped, and just improving where I can, sinking in deeper where I can, remembering why I loved it so much in the first place, connection. Understanding my why made everything seem easier. 🫶

With a couple new song all finished up, getting them mastered and ready to put out there I am blown away by the encouragement, excitement and light others show me, and I only hope that I can send that loving back out through my songs and my shows.

I’ve updated the links in my bio, dark Forest video clip is now live on YouTube.

A very big sincere thank you to @sundaraproductions and @eloise_lennoxx for all of the fun and creativity we poured into it. @moniqu.etc you are a joy my dear x and so talented.

@renee_harata we met at a woman’s circle and I was instantly drawn to you, your incredible and these new collection of photos perfectly follow the growth, thank you a bazillion, and the timing ✨✨✨🫶🫶🥹 ahhhh

Heading back into the studio next week with @jaydenreid and I’m SO excited. I’ve been sitting on this song for a while.

It’s a song that serves as a reminder to love yourself through all the imperfections, and different seasons and versions of yourself and that it’s ok to let go.

For most of my youth I focused on all that I wasn’t and all that I didn’t have and how I wasn’t good enough, real enough, but growing up, healing and taking the best part of two years to sit with my self, challenge those thoughts and feelings to a point where I feel as though I’m here exactly where I am meant to be, and who I am meant to be. And I’m so greatful for all that life has gifted me whether that’s good bad or hard.

I will never not believe in the good in life and myself ever again.

This one’s called lost in all you lack x

Gosh, I’ve had so much to be greatful for lately, little nice moments, intentional moments, honest ones and some that I’m still working out. Winter months, Marty conversations, parenting decisions, where to go from here, slow cooker, guitar lessons, colds, writing, family, friends, gigs, work, fires, love and all it means and how it changes through different moments in life.. anyone who’s been following along for a while knows some days it was just grit keeping me going and now I truly just feel happy.
Happy with all the experiences that life has to offer, everyday working on a deeper meaning, a deeper purpose and how to bring my dreams to life, not just for me but to show Marty how good it can be when your true to who you are, even if it is just in the simple things.
