The significance of 108:

The number 108 is considered sacred. It is associated with completion.

It is also associated with the connection between the individual and the infinite.

In yogic and tantric traditions, the human body has 114 chakras. While 114 are recognized, 7 are considered major, and 108 are primary chakras.

In terms of cosmic connection, the diameter of the sun and the distance between the earth and the sun are said to be 108 times the diameter of the moon.

Reflecting back on 2024 in gratitude (and in awe!) of the joy and the pain, the highs and lows, defeats and small victories. Through it all, I honour the opportunities for growth, no matter how challenging or painful. I commit to showing up in 2025 with a curious heart and an open mind, and to meeting the moment exactly as it presents itself. by @bernleroux
