We are so excited to introduce a new class to the Origin Yoga community! 🤍

Hatha Vinyasa is a grounded, exploratory practice combining the steadiness of Hatha with elements of Vinyasa flow.

Classes explore the balance between stability and fluidity, building strength, mobility and flexibility through considered transitions, sustained shapes and moments of flow. Expect alignment, articulation and sensation within the postures, alongside playful challenges, balance and core work that build heat from the inside out.

Learn more about how your body moves and why we work with particular actions and cues, bringing greater depth and understanding to your asana.

A supportive complement to Vinyasa and Power practices, Hatha Vinyasa invites you to refine familiar postures, discover different pathways through them, and develop greater confidence and ownership of your practice.

Come to move, explore and inhabit your body more fully.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12.30pm from November 🤍

Happy New Moon | May you find internal harmony 🙏🏽

I love this reflection on the choices we make to protect our inner peace. What makes it powerful is that these aren’t rules you impose on others, but personal practices that help you live more consciously.

What are your ways to be the guardian of your inner peace? ✨🙏🏽

You didn’t arrive at this pose, this breath, this version of yourself in one leap. You got here one small, unglamorous stage at a time.

As September closes, look back at how far one stage at a time has actually taken you 🌷

Being a teacher, a yoga teacher and a training lead, is a role of quiet responsibility and a huge gift. You hold space for people to unfold at their own pace, offering structure without forcing the shape. Every class, every training, is a chance to pass on not just technique, but a way of paying attention.

The gift of teaching yoga is that you’re always practicing too, every student is a mirror and a reminder of your own path. As a training lead, that role deepens: you’re not just guiding practice, you’re shaping how others will one day hold space for their own students. It’s teaching that ripples outward.

There’s a humility built into it…. you never fully arrive, you just keep walking alongside people, a few steps ahead, sharing the trail.

It is a deep honor to be a teacher and I am grateful for each student that crosses my path ✨🙏🏽

Join me for the next YTTs in Ubud Bali @radiantlyaliveyoga
I am leading:
- 300h RA Vinyasa YTT in November 2026
- 200h RA Vinyasa YTT in August 2027

Thank you, Cape Town, for filling my cup to overflowing 💛

Grateful beyond words to everyone who carved out time for quick catch-ups in the beautiful chaos of flying solo with little Finn and to those who showed up with helping hands and gave me the gift of a deeper breath when I needed it most. 🤍

A special thank you to @originyogaza for welcoming us like family… it truly felt like coming home 🫶

We’re off again to make memories as a family of 3 and with family and friends across the UK & Europe ✈️

Full heart 🤍

I’m revisiting the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali… and once again I’m reminded: these are not just words, they are keys 🔑
Keys to a doorway🚪within.

These sutras are not something we can directly translate. They can only be interpret.

Sutra 1.4 speaks to me in a very human way:
When we are not in a state of yoga, and yoga is not just what happens on the mat, but how we meet this moment right here and now, our awareness takes the shape of whatever we think and feel.

We become entangled in it.

I notice three patterns that tend to arise in those moments:
• Self-doubt, self-judgment, imposter syndrome
• Victimhood
• A sense of lack or “not enough”

And so the practice becomes:
• Choosing self-love
• Stepping into empowerment, accountability & acceptance
• Returning to gratitude and abundance

A gentle remembering… again and again.

What does Sutra 1.4 awaken in you?
I’d love to hear your interpretation ✨🙏🏽

Happy International Day of Yoga 🧘‍♀️✨

A gift that keeps on giving…

Yoga isn’t just something I practice … it’s how I live, breathe, and show up in the world. It has taught me patience in moments of chaos, strength in stillness, grace through growth, and has brought incredible souls into my life to share the journey with.

Through every stretch and every breath, yoga has gifted me presence …the ability to return to myself, again and again. 💫

It’s not about perfect poses, but about connection… heart, mind, body, and soul …. a sense of community, and a deeper connection to something greater than myself.

Today, I honour this journey and the quiet, powerful transformation it brings each and every day. 🌿

What has yoga gifted you? 💭
