RECLAIMED INSPIRED | With its playing card motifs and gorgeously soft palette, it’s no surprise that we were asked to recreate this beautiful reclaimed tile for this bathroom.

Made using the same generations-old techniques as the originals, our makers create the moulds, pour the pigments and operate the press entirely by hand. The result has all the character and subtle variation of the reclaimed tile that inspired it.

A closer look at the bathroom in Emmas London flat, recently featured in @telegraph

Thank you to @bertandmay who kindly gifted the bespoke tiles. Emma used their Colour Studio to create her own combination of pattern and colour, with a porcelain finish that has all the character of an encaustic tile. The result is the most tranquil space to unwind after a busy day in London.

WELL-GROUNDED | In a busy, chaotic and often overstimulating world, it’s such a relief to come home and feel immediately grounded. And that’s exactly how we imagine we’d feel flopping over the threshold of a home like India Cardona’s after a busy day.

Known for her use of earthy tones and natural textures, it’s no surprise that her newly renovated kitchen follows suit. Inspired by floors found in the south of France, India chose our Peachy Terracotta Square tiles cleverly set in a diamond orientation underfoot — the perfect base for those gorgeous @neptunehomeofficial kitchen units.

JUST LAUNCHED | A Lasting Imprint. A new collection from Sister by Studio Ashby and Bert & May.

Inspired by folklore and storytelling, the collection features three characterful designs: Mansaa the Lion, Volo the Bird and Naom the Rabbit — each representing one of three virtues at the heart of Sister: courage, joy and empathy.

Available in four colourways, each patterned tile is accompanied by two coordinating plain glazes, one light and one dark. Use them together, separately, or to create different combinations of colour and pattern.
