Incredibly grateful and proud of this team and the work that defined the 2025 season 🏆

This past year marked the most successful season in the team’s coaching history, with a clear focus on Bikini and Fit Model.

A few notable milestones this year:
– First Open Bikini Pro Card
– First American Bikini Pro Card
– Third consecutive year winning a Bikini Pro Card at Canadian Natural Nationals
– First-ever Canadian Fit Model Pro Card
– First-ever Canadian Fit Model Masters Pro Card
– First year in double digit Overall wins

The team won the most natural Bikini Pro Cards in the country, and the most natural Fit Model Pro Cards in the country during the first year the Fit Model category was introduced, setting the standard for the category.

From first-time competitors to athletes stepping on the Pro stage, every one of you showed up, gave your best, and raised the bar this year. That’s what I’m most proud of, beyond any placing. If there’s a real reason we do this sport, it’s for growth, and seeing that progress in each athlete is what makes the long days, early mornings, and constant work worth it.

What made this year special wasn’t just the results, it was how they were earned. High standards, attention to detail, doing the hard things, and showing up fully for every athlete, at every level. That care and intention were deliberate, and they’re the reason this season became what it was.

Thank you to the partners and team members behind the scenes who made this season possible. Your contributions matter more than you know and never go unnoticed.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to carry this momentum into the new season. From Canada to the U.S., Japan, Mexico and internationally, working with athletes around the world – thank you for your trust and commitment to the process. First national show for @dalton.decastro and extremely proud of the outcome at the @canadian_national_proqualifier 🥇🇨🇦

Coming in so close tonight but we’re happy to have been in the mix at his first go. Dalton’s progress since the beginning of us working together has been nothing short of impressive. He has all the right attributes and tools working for him and It’s clear that it’s just a matter of time for it to be his turn.

He’s one of the most passionate and consistent athletes I’ve coached and I know there are big things ahead for him.

Very happy with his first real season as a competitor and looking forward to seeing the next chapter unfold!

Congratulations to @brooke.kelly_ifbbpro who competed this weekend at the @nashvillefitshow coming out 3rd🥉 in the Masters Pro 35+ 👏🏼

This was Brooke’s first US 🇺🇸 and her best package to date, coming in 12th out of 22 girls in the open class as well.

Very proud of Brooke being a lifetime natural athlete, making her mark in the open shows and the IFBB pro league.

This is her 3rd show of the year and she is only getting better as her rookie season progresses!

We did it ✨
🥉 place at the Nashville IFBB Pro Fit Show!

This was show #3 of my first IFBB Pro season and every single one has taught me something new about my body, my discipline, and how much I can push through when it counts. Stepping on that stage never gets easier you just get stronger for it.

Grateful for this journey, this sport, and everyone who’s cheered me on along the way.

Nashville, I’m ready for you!
Registered and ready for the @nashvillefitshow tomorrow

Third IFBB pro show and it still doesn’t feel real every time I get to say that.
This journey has pushed me in ways I didn’t expect, and the package I’m bringing to that stage tomorrow reflects every early morning, every meal prepped, every moment I almost doubted myself and kept going anyway.

So proud of how far this has come!

pov : you locked tf in 🙂‍↕️

my feedback from toronto was that my glutes were too dominant - essentially that I’m lacking balance which I 100% agree with

With the sciatica / piriformis syndrome injury I was dealing with for pretty well most of this prep, it really affected my training

For a minute I couldn’t train lower body at all, and then as I was able to progress my training it was a lot of glute isolation movements, so naturally my legs/hams/quads are disproportionate

Buttt thankfully in the last couple weeks before Toronto and going into Vancouver, my injury improved significantly and so did my training intensity

I did end up growing some glute too in the time between shows lol but I’m really happy with how my legs improved overall :’)

And more importantly my posing improved soooo much with little tweaks we made to how I was hitting the poses, and it actually translated on stage because this was the most calm and collected I had felt all season

There’s still so much work to do to keep improving balance and presentation, but I know it won’t be long until I join the pro leagues and I’m so proud of myself for how I’ve been able to continuously improve from show to show this season🥹
