It still shocks me to this day watching the stage videos how full coach got me and the conditioning too 🤝🏽💪🏾

The posing was probably the best presentation I’ve had on stage and I think we completely nailed the head on all levels for this show 🙏🏽

2 weeks post show update:

Coach is FEEDING me and my body is responding beautifully.

Only up 2ish pounds since stage and I’m slowly building back up my tolerance to heavy weights so workouts are going swimmingly 🤪

I’ll keep it 100 and I haven’t done cardio in 2 weeks. But I’m hitting steps at least.

Gonna be getting back into my cardio routine and stay dialed in on all cylinders.

The goal is growth rn and I’m feeling MINT.

Health phase is healthphasing and bloods coming up soon.

Also felt a little “whoreish” today so enjoy my slutty pic.

This is exactly the flex that it is.

Just shows you can still do what you love to do and have balance in your life.

You know when to take things seriously and also when to take a step back and enjoy the view.

Bodybuilding is part of my life and it’s not going anywhere.

I plan to continue doing this as long as I humanly can.

I will still do everything I can to enjoy life and when people try to say “why don’t you just live a little” oh buddy. Trust me, I’m probably living a lot more than you are 🤣🤣🤣🤣

You have to trust the process.

When you’re working with the right coach giving you guidance, just understand there’s levels to this.

You have to stick through to it to the very end to reveal the masterpiece you’ve built in the offseason.

So many people take their foot off the gas as you get closer to the show and for what? So you don’t get a chance to see what you’ve worked so hard for?

You aren’t dieting down all year. You’re only doing it for a small period of time (granted you didn’t become an absolute CHONKER in your offseason).

It blows my mind the way the body can transform going into shows. What people don’t see is the level of intensity brought to the gym for every single session.

The consistency of hitting your meals and not getting off plan.

The recovery required to maximize results.

And most importantly the mentality going into shows where your main focus is creating repeatable routines day to day and not getting tired of it. Thinking you’re going to win before even stepping on that stage.

These are the things it takes, this is what you need to focus on in order to see it through.

The work that @seb.bertin @bertincoaching and I have done since 2024 is nothing short of amazing.

His passion for the game is real and working with him has been such an honor.

Our resume speaks for itself and I can’t wait to continue growing as bodybuilders in the sport but also from learning from him as a businessman and person.

In 2024 I enter my first ever show that wasn’t CPA or IFBB. It was a show made by @christianguzmanfitness that started off as a YouTube series and he turned it into a mega bodybuilding show.

It was honestly the kick start to my career and I’m forever thankful I had the opportunity to not only take the overall win but also meet so many incredible people that to this day I can call close friends and family.

Later that year I decided to make a run for the overall championship for summer shredding in Texas.

The winners of these shows win not only incredible memories but also a crazy amount of money for an amateur show.

I came 2nd in my class and truthfully that loss sparked a flame in me that led me to having an incredible off season to growth for my following show.

King Kong Classic.

My first ever introduction to the CPA IFBB league and this is where my career got serious.

After winning 1st in 3 classes but coming up short as the runner up to the overall, this once again made me realize the feeling of being so close to something and still not getting it.

I genuinely took that loss personal and told myself I’m not stepping on the stage until I’m ready to win an overall.

Now this show is what truly built my momentum.

Montreal summum this year is where I knew I belonged.

The package we brought this year was night and day from kingkong.

We added a good 11lbs of stage weight and took first in our class and won the overall.

This stage look I was so proud of but I knew the job wasn’t finished as I had nationals coming up in 2 weeks.

My first ever national show.

I set the expectation for myself that I’m not going into this show to lose.

I knew I had momentum I knew I belonged and I knew I have the look.

We took 1st in a very dominant and stacked class in class D. I was overwhelmed with joy being able to win

There’s is always going to be the backbone to my success and that is the people who show up for me.

This post is dedicated to those people and their support will never go unnoticed 🙏🏽

Firstly and most importantly is my wife. She allowed me to be who I needed to be over the last 10 months in order to grow and succeed.

She knew what it was going to take from me and what it was going to take out of me as well.

She knew when to give me space and she knew to let me grind when I needed to.

She’s always done an amazing job supporting me in my bodybuilding journey just as I would do the same for her when her time comes to compete again.

I cannot tell you enough how important it is to have a relationship where your significant other fully understands and treats your goals as a priority.

The reason why we thrive is because we fully understand that for each other.

Love you with my whole heart Ri 🫶🏽

I have been blessed with such amazing parents.

Not everyone can be as lucky as I am. I am forever grateful for the support they’ve shown me in this journey of mine and they’ve always made their best efforts to be there for me when I need them.

Not everyone can say that their parents have been to every single body building show they’ve ever done.

I am truly so blessed and the love I have for them is so hard to express sometimes but I do my best to show them how much they mean to me.

Thank you for always being there for me.

He isn’t just a coach, he’s a mentor and a good friend but most importantly he’s like family to me.

I had an amazing opportunity to spend the weekend with him and @lola.longevity where I let them into my personal space while being in prep which to me is a vulnerable space exposing me at its finest LOL

We shared some amazing talks and good laughs and now they know how damn slow I eat 🤣

Their support throughout my body building journey has been nothing short of amazing this year.

Thank you both for being amazing people and being such a good example of another power couple just crushing business and life together.
