Soooo excited to announce my residency with @austinclassicalguitar guitar this year alongside three amazing artists, @thatcherguitar , @leonelaguitar , and @besacarney .

I will be writing two pieces, a guitar ensemble based on the theme friendship and space/time and a guitar duo that’s based on the somewhat friendly introduction of my two cats Pepper and Ash.

As well, I will be playing three concerts, one with @taylorwangpiano in Februray as Storybook Duo and the last one being in March as part of the Live at the Rosette Series with the other Artists in Residences. Come check out the first concerts this week on Wednesday and Thursday with Thatcher and Leo and a premeire of a work by Besa! Hope to see you at all the performances!

Hey y’all! My residency with Austin Classical Guitar continues next week, and I’m so honored to have my piece, “ALL IS NOT LOST” premiered by Leonela Alejandro, David Manzanares, and Thatcher Harrison!

This seven-minute trio reflects on a difficult experience I went through this summer, and what it took to persevere through it with friendship as my greatest tool.

I’m really proud of what I’ve written and couldn’t be more thankful to have some of the most talented players in the country bring this music to life. I would love to see y’all there! Thatcher will also be performing an incredible solo set, so you definitely don’t want to miss it!

Still can’t believe this happened! 🤍

As part of my residency with Austin Classical Guitar starting this year, I had the privilege of composing “Blossom,” for the 2026 GuitarCurriculum Summits, performed at home at The Rosette and at Carnegie Hall in NYC this summer!

Getting to watch this video of it inside Carnegie Hall in the Resnick Wing was completely surreal!

A special thanks to Travis Marcum, Joe Williams, Tony Mariano, and Phil Swasey. Endless appreciation to the ACG community and every educator who beautifully performed Blossom!

Ignite for SATB Saxophone by me!🎷🧡

Ignite draws on the image of oxygen breathing life into a flame, a slow and restless build that intensifies in heat and color until it blazes into full brilliance. In the final moments, the sound gently fades, as if the fire exhales its last breath- leaving only a
lingering warmth and a whisper of light.

“Ancestor” for Guitar Duet composed by me!

This piece was the most special project I’ve gotten to work on with ACG and was delighted to have Randy Avers beautifully perform it with me.
I dedicated this piece to my ancestors:
those I am connected to by blood but will never meet in person. This piece is my way of honoring their legacy and the strength they passed down, even across time and distance.
