塩パン | Japanese Shio Pan

If you’ve never tried shio pan before, it’s a Japanese salt bread with butter rolled inside and a little salt on top.

Fresh out of the oven, It’s soft and fluffy inside, with a slightly crispy, buttery bottom. simple, but so good 🍞

I’d like to share something a little personal.

August was a challenging month, with so many things happening at once, and I almost lost sight of why we started @bestbreadboba

But my time in Ubud reminded me of what inspired us in the first place.

Food carries our roots, memories, love, and passion.

A little reminder of why we started, and why we keep going.

I’m so grateful to my team for being part of this journey and bringing that same spirit to Best Bread Boba every day💙
