Happy 20th birthday to this guy!

We haven’t posted much as he has been injured all year. However, he entered a meet here in Mesa this weekend to get a feel for how his rehab is going and he PR’d in the 100 fly and almost had a PR in the 50 free!! by @besttri

The #VespaBros were at it again this weekend!

My fellow ambassadors @marcotherunner and @besttri put in some miles as part of the 13th annual Hom100 charity run/bike/walk I put on in memory of my friend Tony (Hom). Funds raised support @alsarizona 🧡

I’m excited for my upcoming races this year! What’s more exciting is I became an ambassador for my #1 fueling component for races, Vespa!!

Having been fat adapted and living the OFM lifestyle for years, Vespa was an obvious choice for my racing nutrition. I have noticed big differences in the latter half of my ultra races including reduced brain fog, less fatigue, and more energy.
