We’re back at @tetworthht as their official charity partner, and what a way to wrap up our 2026 eventing season! 🐴 🙌

Tetworth might be a relatively new addition to the British Eventing calendar, but the team puts on a fantastic event and we’re delighted to be partnering with them again.

If you’re joining us this weekend, here are a few ways you can support the BE Support Trust:

🏇 Join Simon Grieve for a special fundraising coursewalk!

On Saturday 24th October at 3.30pm, Simon will be sharing his cross-country knowledge, experience and plenty of stories as he walks the course, followed by a cup of tea and an informal chat. Tickets are £20 for adults and £10 for under 18s and Pony Club members, with all proceeds going to the Trust. A brilliant opportunity to learn from one of the sport’s most experienced riders while supporting a great cause!

💙 Look out for us around the event! Keep an eye out for our fence banner on the cross-country course and listen out for mentions in the commentary, helping us spread the word about the support available to British Eventing competing members.

We’ve been watching the cross-country preview videos and can’t wait to see riders tackling the courses!

🌟🌟Join Simon Grieve for an exclusive fundraising coursewalk followed by a cup of tea and a chat at the Henry James Tetworth Horse Trials🌟🌟

Tetworth Horse Trials have kindly arranged a fundraising coursewalk with Simon Grieve and are generously donating the proceeds to the British Evening Support Trust, Tetworth’s Charity Partner for 2026.

With years of experience competing at Badminton, Burghley and Pau, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm and humour.

You’ll come away with a better understanding of how to assess fences, choose your lines and approach your own cross-country rounds with greater confidence.

After the course walk, join Simon for a cup of tea and a relaxed chat, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, hear his stories and pick up invaluable advice from one of the sports most charismatic and successful riders.

We’re so grateful to @britisheventing @littletonmanoreq and @bedeevents Oasby for helping us spread the word about the support available to British Eventing competing members.

That help, from displaying our banners around the course to mentions in the event programmes and over the commentary, all helps us reach the people involved in our sport who might need a helping hand.

🐎 Training your horse, building confidence AND supporting the British Eventing Support Trust! ❤️

We love seeing members of the equestrian community finding ways to support the Trust, and this is a fantastic initiative from Martin Arnott, who is running a series of winter training clinics in aid of the Trust!

With a particular focus on ex-racehorses, but open to horses and riders of all levels, the clinics are designed to help build confidence, develop skills and, most importantly, have fun!

Whether you’re looking to work on your flatwork, tackle some polework or improve your jumping, there’s something for everyone.

📅 Clinic dates:
🐴 Sunday 25th October 2026 – Almost fully booked!
🐴 Sunday 29th November 2026
🐴 Sunday 24th January 2027
🐴 Sunday 28th February 2027

Sessions will take place at Martin’s own facilities, with both indoor and outdoor arenas available, so there’s no need to worry about the winter weather!

❤️ Best of all, Martin is generously donating half of the clinic fees to the British Eventing Support Trust, helping us continue to support members of the eventing community when they need it most.

Eventing would be nothing without the people who make it happen! 🐴 ❤️

From riders and grooms to yard staff, event organisers, officials and the wonderful volunteers who give up their time, there are so many people who play a part in keeping our sport going. That’s why we’re sharing the details of a @britishequestrian_official Foundation and Hartpury University project to build a better understanding of the people and roles that underpin equestrianism.

📣 If you work or volunteer in equestrian sport, please take a few minutes to share your experiences. Your input could help shape a better understanding of the workforce and volunteers that eventing and wider equestrian sport relies on.

🎁 There’s also a chance to win a £50 LeMieux gift card!

After 34 years together, losing my darling Andrew has changed my world forever. There are no words to truly describe the pain of losing someone you love so deeply, or the emptiness left behind.

I wish more than anything that I could turn back time. But although I cannot change what has happened, I can do everything in my power to help others and keep Andrew’s legacy alive.❤️

We’re heading to @tetworthht 🏇💙

As the 2026 eventing season draws to a close, we’re delighted to announce that the British Eventing Support Trust will once again be the Charity Partner at Tetworth Horse Trials.

It feels particularly special to be finishing another busy season with an event that continues to get behind the work of the Trust and helps us raise both vital funds and awareness within the eventing community.

Being present at events like Tetworth gives us an invaluable opportunity to talk about the support available through the Trust, meet the riders and members we are here for and make sure more people know where to turn should they ever need us.

We’ll be sharing more about what we have planned at Tetworth over the coming days, including how you can get involved and support the Trust while you’re there. 👀

What a “BEST” day at Osberton! ❤️🤍💙

We’re still smiling after a brilliant day of fundraising, fun and fantastic support for the British Eventing Support Trust at @bedeevents Osberton International Horse Trials.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make it happen – to the incredible team at Osberton and BEDE Events, and every rider, groom, owner, volunteer, supporter and visitor who got involved throughout the day.

And you certainly embraced the red, white and blue theme! 🇬🇧 From riders and grooms to dogs and whole teams, the effort that went into the fancy dress was absolutely brilliant.

The fun continued into the evening with our “BEST” Quiz, supported by YETI, which brought plenty of competition, questionable general knowledge and lots of laughs – before the Queen tribute band got the party properly underway! 🎸

Days like this are about so much more than fundraising. They’re an opportunity to raise awareness of the support available through the Trust and, once again, showed just how special the eventing community is and how strongly it gets behind its own.

Thank you to every single person who donated, dressed up, entered the quiz or simply stopped to find out more about the Trust. We are incredibly grateful. 💙
