Rehab isn’t always just about getting stronger! 🧠🐴 My job here was to help get Nicole back to riding and working with horses following a leg fracture. Her sessions were funded by the amazing @besupporttrust 🐴❤️ In these clips, we’re working through some of the movements she was still finding difficult following surgery, particularly mounting and rising trot, where she needed to load her left leg more. Although there was still some strength and power to rebuild, we also wanted to explore whether her nervous system was being a little protective. Osberton 2026 ✅ 😎🎉 We had SO much fun at Osberton last week, we may not have won any major prizes this time but it was a big win for myself, my horses and my team in my eyes 😍 3 months ago when I started riding after my accident I would have never imagined I’d be at a long format with two horses! BEST @besupporttrust have been incredibly supportive and my recovery (physically and mentally) would not have been possible without them. I felt so unbelievably lucky and privileged to even be arriving at the event, thanks to the BE Support Trust 🙏🏼 These moments BTS are what makes these weeks so special, I love my horses and my team 💚 I couldn’t imagine doing the event without mum and Hen @hen_adams25. You both worked tirelessly and were simply the best wingwomen anyone could have 🥹 Thank you for having my back and making both boys look beautiful and keeping them happy chappy’s 🥹💚 While we were at Osberton, Charlie and Dad held the fort at home, as always it’s a huge team effort - thank you for making it all possible and for your support and help 🙏🏼 I really am surrounded by the best people who made the week super fun and two wonderful horses who tried so hard all week and came away with two MER qualifications ✅🥰 Little Lion Man (Ziggy) who is co-owned and bred by The Mitchell’s and Harriet Rosenwald, smashed his first ever 2*L at only 6 years old 🌟 and S.H.E Bahsilon (Muffin) co owned by Anne and Colin chapman and Joan Toogood, loved every second of his first 3*L. SO proud of them both, now to do some fine tuning over the winter after they have a nice holiday 🏝️ I am so excited about these special horses and can’t wait for next year with them! #TeamDD
