A few pics from the @ironworldevents gasp + bb meet on sunday - had a great time and was lovely to meet new people! Technically my first meet I’ve attended and for sure won’t be the last.

Huge thank you to @alphaneondarksidegym for putting on a wicked day; always nice to come to this gym when back in hometown.

Fitness Worx Rugby Our Jay Event - what a day!

An absolutely incredible day, and as a community I am so proud that we were able to raise £610 for Our Jay - a local charity with an incredible mission of providing accessible defibrillators across the Warwickshire area.

SO many people to thank for helping make this happen - this event wouldn’t have been possible without the immense support we had.

Thank you to absolutely everyone who came down, got involved, whether it was for HYROX, @officialgasp /@officialbetterbodies meet, or just coming down to show support.

To the FWX staff who helped on the day - to my team @arturpilchpt + @bradleyabbott_ for all their efforts in the hyrox sim - the whole day ran so smoothly and made it an awesome experience for all involved.

To @shannonhavergill for doing a class DJ set (first of many!)

To @onesourcesupps for sponsoring the event (we now stock these amazing products at FWX Rugby!)

To @samudall_ for helping organise the gasp + BB meet and all round support on the day.

To my amazing clients who did a stellar job at the bake sale, to @plantme_rugby_uk for providing 10/10 cheesecakes, and to all the local businesses who kindly donated their services to our raffle.

Incredibly proud and honoured to manage this gym and put on events like this. We’ve only been open 3 months so to do something lol this was really cool. The first of many!

Myself and the FWX Team are absolutely thrilled to be hosting a huge charity day at FWX Rugby for the Our Jay Foundation on Saturday 7th March.

Our Jay is a local charity dedicated to providing accessible defibrillators in the Warwickshire area and beyond.

Our charity day comprises of 2 parts:
✨HYROX DOUBLES SIMULATION (£10 entry per person)
✨GASP + BETTER BODIES TEAM DAY + DEADLIFT COMPETITION (£250 gift cards to be won for male and female!!)

On the day, there will also be
✨ FREE TRAINING
✨ 1 SOURCE SUPPLEMENTS SPONSORING THE EVENT + HANDING OUT FREEBIES
✨ RAFFLE WITH MANY PRIZES TO BE WON
✨ BAKE SALE
✨ DJ SET FROM @shannonhavergill / @orbt.dnb

To sign up for the hyrox doubles and to donate to the charity, please click the link in my story highlight and register your details!

The hyrox comp will take place from 10am onwards (your slot will be confirmed via email), and the deadlift challenge will begin from 1pm.

100% proceeds from the day will be donated directly to the Our Jay Foundation.
