The truth? You cannot reach a multi 6-figure agency if you are still the one writing every single caption and scheduling every post.

Most SMMs hit a wall at the £5k mark. You are busy, you are tired, and your business feels like it has stalled. To get to those £10k+ months, you do not need to work harder. You need a better engine.

The SMM to Agency Academy is back for 2026 to help you move from solo business owner to agency leader. Over 4 months, we are fixing your sales, your systems, and your hiring process so you can finally step into the CEO role.

Applications are now open.

DM me ‘ACADEMY’ and let’s see if this is the right fit for your business.

How does this more direct approach feel for your client?✨

Hey everyone, time for a little reintroduction! 🌟

I’m Bethan (the ‘E’ in bethanewright stands for Ellen, not Bethane, in case you were wondering 😉).

I’ve been running my marketing agency for almost 7 years now. I started as a side hustle while working a full-time job and have since built it into a thriving business making over £10k months with a fantastic team of 5.

These days, I travel full-time (currently writing this from beautiful Bali 🌴), and in the past year alone, I’ve visited Thailand, Vietnam, Albania, and so many other amazing places!

Since 2020, I’ve been offering marketing coaching as part of my agency.
BUT in 2023, I made a big shift and started creating dedicated programs for social media managers and agency owners.

Whether you need a hand with transitioning from SMM into an agency, scaling your agency up to six or seven figures, or even expanding your business into new areas like digital products or coaching, I’ve got you covered!

Excited to continue this journey and help more of you achieve your business dreams! 💼✨

If you want to chat about what support might look like for you, drop me a DM and lets chat! I have a limited number of spaces available right now and would love to help you on the next step of building your agency.

Thailand and Vietnam are two of the most popular spots for nomads and people (like me) who travel full time. BUT I think the changes to the Thai visa could really change how long term visitors are staying in the country. AND be the start of the end for da nang’s popularity #travel #traveltok #danang #thailand #digitalnomad by @bethanewright

Can you run an Social media management business / marketing agency from anywhere?
Yes.

But you need reliable infrastructure.
Timezone overlap with your clients.
Your systems have to be bulletproof.
Clients can't depend on you being present.
Everything runs from project management systems and content posts automatically.
Your team delivers while you're offline.

If your business needs you babysitting it, location independence doesn't work.

I'm telling you this as someone who's been travelling for 4 years running my own business, what do you think?

You're mad that there's nomads working at the beach while you're under fluro lights in a shitty office...instead of figuring out how to do it too. #digitalnomad #digitalnomadgirls #traveltok #traveldiaries by @bethanewright

I raised prices by 187% in my social media management business!!! How can you do the same? I thought I'd lose everyone, and never sign a new client again. Turns out I was the problem! You might be too ❤️ #socialmediamanagement #marketingagency #smm #socialmediamanager #socialmediamarketing by @bethanewright

i might have just found my favourite cafe in hoi an. this is la solana and no it might not have a rice field view or breeze but it is 5 minutes from old town, about 3 minutes from my gym and it has the bonus of tasty food and a little mini coworking spot upstairs. #digitalnomad #digitalnomadgirls #traveltok #traveldiaries by @bethanewright
