Life is a constant cycle of losing your spark and then finding it again. ✨

This past year, I felt like I lost my spark. Like I had outgrown the wild and free side of me.

But I came to the realisation that maybe life isn’t about keeping your spark alive every single day.

Maybe it’s also about honouring the seasons when you need to slow down, ground yourself, and take a few steps back without feeling like you’re moving backwards.

And then, when you’re ready, remembering what makes you feel alive.
Taking up space again.
Letting yourself be wild, curious, and unapologetically you.

Perhaps the spark was never fully gone.

Maybe it was simply waiting for me to come home to myself, to remember that I never stopped being her.

The most beautiful part of finding your spark again is realising that you don’t have to become who you once were. You get to become someone even more fully yourself. ✨ by @bethshebaa

A friendly reminder to myself 🤍

I still catch myself forgetting how much of the life I’m living now, I once wished for so badly..

the places I get to see, the freedom I have, the people I get to love, the quiet moments, the adventures big and small.. all things that once felt so far away.

We can be so focused on what’s next that we forget to look around and realise we’re already living some of our old dreams.

So I hope this can remind you to take a moment to notice what you’ve already created for yourself and be grateful that you get to live it now ✨ by @bethshebaa

Lately I’ve been feeling a massive shift within me,
I’ve been moving through it all for a while.
But now I finally feel like I’m ready to accept this
new version of me, one that’s more quiet online,
values privacy and just wants to be deeply grounded and present in her life, without the need to share it.

It feels like I’m forever grieving old versions of me
And all the versions I could’ve been.. but in the end I’m grateful for the never ending cycle of change. I love who I’m becoming and I love who I’m not anymore.
