A carousel of moments I’ll always remember ⛰️✨

Magic is found in being present enough to notice.

The art of noticing goes such a long way.

Oftentimes more than less, I do try hard to practice looking beyond my bubble and what I’m absorbed in. To be mindful, to be selfless, to be kind. It can be easy to forget to remember, but people remember how you made them feel.

And time — life — really does pass you by when you’re not putting on the brakes to be present in the moment. When was the last time you were still? How many sunsets, soft sighing breezes, and resembling with the raindrops have passed you by? When was the last time you stopped to just notice, and just be one with who and what was around you?

Money is numbers, and numbers never end. If it takes money to be happy, your search for happiness will never end.

I love people who make big dreams feel normal. Who remind you that nothing is impossible. Who expand your vision just by being themselves.

freedom forever

Still floating somewhere in this night

True friends are like stars; you can only recognize them when it’s dark around you.

you just woke up, your sleeping bag is wet, your back hurts and you got a cold - but thats the view

No one does it better than Mother Earth.

She thinks she’s just my sister but she’s literally my tavorite person on earth.

Time - life - really does pass you by when you're not putting on the brakes to be present in the moment. when was the last time you were still? how many sunsets, soft sighing breezes, and resembling with the raindrops have passed you by? when was the last time you stopped to just notice, and just be one with who and what was around you?

perspective and awareness.

our hearts were created in the same womb of course she’s my soulmate ♾️

My extraordinary life is changing - I’m heading into a new chapter of my life. I feel so grateful. 🫶🏽♾️
Thank you nature - for your healing and grounding magic
Thank you
Eternally grateful to be part of the dance ✨

Join me on this Switzerland road trip during my last week of summer in my 20s with my dear friend @bethshebaa

This entire VoiceOver came through me on a walk in the forest in Switzerland. I opened a voice memo on my phone and the words just flowed. It resonated as a deep, full, authentic truth. The next day, my friend Beth and I went on a lovely road trip through Switzerland to enjoy the last week of summer. We were blessed with amazing weather, deep conversations, and extraordinary connection to nature. This is where I discovered that the extraordinary is found in the ordinary. It’s all your lens of life. How can you make the ordinary in your life even more extraordinary? For me, it’s by drawing more attention to it, with intention. Thats what makes the ordinary seem that much more magical. 😉

If your story was yet to be written, what would you dare to imagine?

Images from a summer that is slowly coming to an end. I give gratitude to the experiences and wonders life shares with me so generously. For the encounters that guide me towards new horizons and the landscapes that always open new spaces inside my being. The beauty of the Swiss Alps is hard to put into words and I am grateful for its warm embrace and the simple, nourishing life.

A weekend in raglan New Zealand 🫶

I tend to skip the winters for summer in New Zealand and bit of time in Asia towards end of year. As much as i appreciate winter I’ll always be the girl who chases the sun. Raglan is a cute surf town in New Zealand and it’s such a good place to disconnect

Things to do when your seemingly never-ending quest to understand the limitless nature of reality with your mind that cant possibly compute the extent of it all reaches a grounded, peaceful, integrated place of surrendering to the magic of the simplicity in the complexity of the boundless duality found in the human experience just to finally find the answer which is to remember home is in your heart (until I forget again and reach another lesson to remind me): frolic in a field of purple and yellow flowers with your friend and laugh at the absurdity of it all! 🌼💜♾️

One of my favorite days in Switzerland ever! 🇨🇭
Started off laughing so much with my dear friend @bethshebaa who by the way is the amazing photographer of these photos @shebavisuals 📸❤️
Ended with singing and dancing all evening at the Ed Sheeran concert in Zurich 🎶
Then a surprise business class flight home with @flyswiss

So in love with this life, the ups and downs and all. It truly is the lows that let you appreciate the highs. How beautiful is the great complexity of this human experience.

Visiting my dear friend @bethshebaa 🫶🏽
Feeling so abundantly wealthy and grateful in friendship ♥️
I never really felt I belonged where I grew up in the Washington DC area —
And now I have found friends I feel like are chosen family all across the globe 🌎, who welcome me into their homes with so much love 💗
What a blessing!

It was such a fun coincidence to celebrate Swiss National Day on August 1 here too!! Swiss flags everywhere and fireworks! Such a beautiful country!! 🏔️
