Sign our petition for better buses in the west of Melbourne! And let us know in the comments about the worst bus route in your area.

The Sustainable Cities Collective are calling on the government to make the recent rail timetable boosts meaningful for those in the west living in bus-only areas by reforming the western bus network into a grid of fast, frequent and connected routes. This not only unlocks better access to rail connections, but also would transform how people get around between the suburbs of the west!

✍🏼 We met with Kororoit MP @lubagrigorovitchmp to share our candidates pledge with her, and ask questions about how sitting Labor MPs plan to work together to champion transformational, grid-based bus reform in the face of an election.

🫠 While Luba gladly signed the pledge, she was not able to give us any tangible commitments to bus reform.

⌛We are still awaiting pre-election commitments from Labor to demonstrate that they take the WHOLE west seriously, and are going to respond by providing a fast, frequent, connected grid of clean electric buses if re-elected!
