Broke my thumb two weeks ago. Haven’t posted much, but I’ve stayed motivated to train. ❤️‍🔥

Focus on what you CAN do instead of what you CAN’T. 🫡

One more heptathlon to go 🚀
I’ve been through what’s probably been my toughest heptathlon season yet. Problems with the hurdles, a lot of lonely training, and physical issues have affected my season. The last few weeks have been pretty stressful, and I often wasn’t as focused on the sport as I used to be. Still, I’m now looking forward to the last competition of the season with my team. I’m also already looking forward to the off-season, it’s been a long season since May of trying to stay in shape, and my body is craving a break.
Ad / But now it’s time to stay focused for two more days, thanks, @betterprotein_de , for helping me keep my body in shape with nutrition supplements.

Really good products at a fair price and with my code VERENA10, you can save even more. 🫶🏼
