If you are searching for one of the best Italian restaurants in Redondo Beach, Bettolino Kitchen continues to impress with California inspired Italian cuisine rooted in 4 generations of South Bay family tradition.

Every dish is crafted fresh daily, and the quality shows. We started with the Sicilian Roll layered with burrata, balsamic tossed arugula, sun dried tomatoes, prosciutto, and pistachio. It was the perfect balance of creamy, salty, and bright. The Carbonara di Gamberi featured spaghettini with sautéed shrimp, pancetta, egg yolk, and parmesan in a rich cream sauce that was indulgent yet beautifully balanced. The Pesce al Pistachio, a pistachio crusted halibut served with lemon pesto, sautéed kale, and mascarpone mashed potatoes, was cooked perfectly and full of flavor.

And dessert is non negotiable. The Budino di Pane, a warm brioche bread pudding with cinnamon sugar and vanilla sauce, is pure comfort. The Salted Caramel Semifreddo, a semi frozen salted caramel mousse layered with graham crackers and chocolate sauce, is unique and unforgettable.

With their newly expanded space that includes a heated outdoor patio and private dining in the Betto Room for 20 to 50 guests, Bettolino Kitchen is perfect for date nights, celebrations, and private events in Redondo Beach.
