🍖 THIS is what a healthy relationship with food looks like to me. ❤️

AD Yes, I’m on a journey with @boltpharmacy . Yes, I’m working towards becoming healthier and feeling better in myself… but that DOESN’T mean I have to stop enjoying food. 🙌

We went to Hickory’s and ordered the Smokehouse Sharer for 2… and just look at it! 🤤🔥

Did I enjoy it? Absolutely.
Did I feel guilty? Nope.
Did I eat every single bit? Nope again! 😂

We actually brought half of it home and enjoyed it the next day. 🥰

Because food isn't something I want to fear or feel guilty about. I don't want to spend my life saying “I can't have that because I'm trying to lose weight.”
I want balance. I want to enjoy meals out, have the foods I love and still make progress. ❤️

This journey isn't about depriving myself — it's about learning that I can enjoy food AND look after myself at the same time.

And honestly… leftovers from Hickory’s the next day? That's a win in my book! 😂🍖❤️

✨ The scales might not have moved… but I definitely have! ✨

AD My journey with @boltpharmacy recently has taught me that progress doesn’t always show up as a smaller number on the scales. 💪❤️

I’ve stayed exactly the same weight… BUT I’ve gone down another dress size! 🥹🙌

And honestly, one of the biggest moments for me was buying myself a coat. 🧥

For the first time in a LONG time, I could actually buy a coat that fits me properly without feeling like I was wearing a bloody tent! 😂🙈

It might sound like a small thing, but to me it’s HUGE. Because it’s not just about the clothes — it’s about how I feel in them. It’s about confidence. It’s about looking in the mirror and starting to recognise the changes that I sometimes can’t see myself.
The scales haven't changed, but my body has. My clothes have. My confidence has. ❤️

So if you’re on your own journey and the scales aren’t doing what you want them to do… remember that they are only ONE tiny piece of the picture.

Keep going. Trust the process. Celebrate the wins — even the ones that seem silly to everyone else. 🥹❤️
Because today, this girl bought a coat… and she didn't look like she was camping in it. 😂🧥

✨ Spending the pounds I've lost! 👜💸

Ad

I've made a little deal with myself...

For every 1lb I lose, I put £2 into a treat fund. 💰

It's my way of celebrating the small wins, staying motivated, and reminding myself that this journey is about feeling good—not just seeing a number on the scales.

Well... today the handbag fund had built up nicely, and let's just say... she followed me home. 😂👜

No regrets. New bag, same me... just a little lighter! 😅
I'm honestly in love with my new @islanderukltd

Thank you to everyone who's been cheering me on. Every message really does keep me going. ❤️ And especially @boltpharmacy

🎶 Last week we had the best night singing along to Anthems at Viva Blackpool... and what an incredible night it was! 🤩

We were lucky enough to go with a fantastic group of friends, which made the evening even more special. ❤️

It was also brilliant to catch up with some of our favourites –@passmoreofficial, @kenwebsterhypnotist, @leyedjohns, @jakejammes, and everyone at Live in Blackpool.

We already knew it was going to be an epic night surrounded by great people, but the performances absolutely blew us away. The atmosphere was electric, the vocals were phenomenal, and there was hit after hit all night long. 🎤✨

And yes... the music was so infectious it even got me on my feet for 10 whole seconds! 😂 If you know me, you'll know that's definitely worth celebrating!

A huge thank you to everyone at Viva for another unforgettable evening. If you're looking for a night out in Blackpool, Anthems is an absolute must-see!

We have a vlog on our youtube channel so please check it out!

Who else has been? Are you going to see Anthems?

What's the one song that always gets you up dancing? What's your Anthem? 🎶👇
