If you didn't know I am now Bex's full time carer, shes needing more help these days, so my full time job is playing nurse Andy!

I have worked since I left school, something I am proud of, however one thing I'm not proud of is how I let my mental health take a battering because of work.

Recently I have learnt how to use a sewing machine, thanks to Bex's expert lessons, and honestly learning to be crafty has allowed my mind to become calm.

We have our @cricut machine and our shop @the_beardedunicorn have also massively helped.

If you need to calm your mind and take a step back for your mental health I can highly recommend being crafty!

And hey, it's ok not to be ok!

What's your go to calming method?

We can officially say that we are going on a Disney Cruise this year!! 238 days to go till we embark the Disney Dream to Spain and I can say that we can't wait!

The Disney Cruise Line is just on another level, the comfort, the service and the magic is absolutely amazing.

The first cruise we went on opened our eyes to the world of cruising and how fabulous it is. There is so much to do everyday day.
