@eve_company_ has clearly been busy!

I honestly had no idea they had this many products in the works or how far along they were with everything until seeing their booth at @homegymcon They’re very Voltra-focused, and it was cool to see just how much they’ve been developing behind the scenes.

It’s a good reminder of why attending HomeGymCon, both as a vendor and a spectator, is so valuable. You get to see what companies have been working on, discover products you might not have known existed, and get a glimpse of what’s coming next in the home gym space.

Your energy and strength might feel different, and that’s completely normal. Some days you can train as usual, while others might call for lighter weights, lower intensity or extra rest.

And fun fact: exercise can actually help relieve period cramps!

Tug-of-war: the whole body has to join the pull. Active feet, strong legs, glutes and core set the base; grip, forearms, biceps and shoulder stabilizers finish the job.

As parents, we have a responsibility to lead by example. The way we take care of our bodies, handle challenges, build healthy habits, and show up every day becomes the example our children grow up watching.

I love having the @beyondpowerofficial VOLTRA at home. It gives me the freedom to get a great workout in without leaving my family or needing a full home gym.

Sometimes all it takes is 20–30 minutes of movement, and having the right equipment makes staying consistent that much easier.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about consistently becoming better and showing our children what a healthy, disciplined, and fulfilling life looks like.
