Spent months digging, while making sure food was adequate enough to sustain his busy lifestyle.

Working 60+ hours a week
School Student
Travels for work on the weekends

Despite it all, the results don’t lie.

The plan was molded around him and what he needed, the rest was simply execution.

Phase 1 is almost complete, then we focus on working more food back into his diet while still targeting overall fat loss.

It’s simple but it isn’t easy.

Stop the talking and take action🗣️‼️…

First clip is from November of last year around mid bulk. Let’s just say it wasn’t done right at all. Second clip is from a couple days ago getting ready for our bodybuilding show in October.

Simply put, if you want to achieve something and be successful sitting around waiting for it to happen won’t get it done. Wishing won’t get it done. Meticulously planned steps, consistent actions, and unwavering commitment and heart will get you there.

I’m looking for 3 people this month who are ready to make that change!! DM me”1:1” or click the 🔗 in bio

We don’t need to act like it’s a bridge burned, life moves on. The thing that’s important to realize is that you have to get over the guilt of your decision. Shit happens. by @beyondthisrealmcoaching

I had a friend bring up the allegory cave today and immediately my mind started relating it to the type of people I work with because it fit so well.

There’s this feeling that alot of men get as they get older that time is running out, yet they’re stuck in a position they just can’t take control of.

The key behind you actually taking control is the realization that it’s all noise directed to keep you stuck in this place. That was the whole design of the cave, to keep the people’s mind shackled to believe that what they were being shown was true.

By shifting the way you see the way these obstacles pop up, you can overcome them every time and you become strong enough to take the control back in your life.

Are you ready?

You think you’ve seen it all until someone decides to up the ante on a Sunday night in November…

It’s confusing to me as to why this type of behavior even happens. Like can we have decency for other people in the gym.

I just don’t understand where the line gets drawn and this is seen as very disturbing. I can go down a whole rabbit whole with this one, but I’m not in the mood to ruffle feathers right now.

All I’m saying is, if the roles were reversed in this situation I would be in the town square by midnight being burned at the stake.

We need to be better and check people for their actions. Whether accidental or not, it’s not something that can just be brushed off by acting dumbfounded. by @beyondthisrealmcoaching

As a man that compliment will carry with me to next week😭 by @beyondthisrealmcoaching

If you can’t love yourself in totality when you’re at your lowest how can you when you’re at your highest?

Starting weight was 243 but over the years it’s fluctuated from 180 for a bodybuilding competition to sitting currently at 201 comfortably lean and building strength.

It’s not about what I did, but what’s possible for you and showing you that if I can you can. I’m not special (at least like gifted but I’m on the spectrum) I’m just someone who instilled in their mind that I’m going to keep showing up until I’m the only one in the room.

It’s literally at your damn fingertips but you’re too scared to make the first step. Why? Because then it all becomes real. The possibility of failure and not achieving is no longer anyone else’s fault but yours. It’s only you that can pull you out of the hole.

You have to start before you stay in this spot forever.

Like I’m 26, what are you talking about?

ON ANOTHER NOTE: I want to state that I never thought that the monster mash was a banger and I’m not afraid to say it anymore🗣️ by @beyondthisrealmcoaching

The method works when you’re bought into the process. Life may be what it is now but you can pull yourself out of the dark.

Reclaim the energy and purpose you once had. Isn’t that why we want to be in shape? To look good, feel healthy, feel unbound by past physical and mental limitations..

Matt reclaimed his and rebuilt himself into a new version, one that he never imagined he’d reach.

The only difference between Matt and people that never achieve this feat is that he took the first step in doing so which was make the commitment.

Are you ready? by @beyondthisrealmcoaching

The entire point behind having structure is to what?

Be able to keep yourself organized and stack multiple days of progress on top of each other so that you can eventually achieve a goal you have for yourself. Exactly.

Think about all the other times when you’ve started something new and you had to practice in order to get good at it. It wasn’t about the practice itself, but the planned sessions that led to the consistent attempts and ultimately achieving success.

I truly believe that having a solid, structured schedule is what most people need. I myself have one and when I don’t follow is at rigid then I find the flexibility only leads to more distraction. I don’t mean a military type schedule but a schedule that holds you accountable, is able to be consistently followed, has the potential for growth each week, and one that can be adjusted on the fly while still holding rigidity.

What I do in my coaching process is, the first 6-8 weeks are focused creating structure and being able to adhere to a routine. That’s what’s builds the foundation to be able to build on top and really crack into your potential.

My most successful clients took the time and effort to establish their structure and foundation within that baseline period. My clients who aren’t as successful used that time to treat it less seriously and they’ve realized the impact that made on their overall results.

If you’re ready to make that decision and change your life for the better send me a DM by @beyondthisrealmcoaching

Small wins come from keeping little promises you made to yourself and showing up every day for yourself how you can.

But it ultimately comes down to your desire to be better, it’s that simple.

You keep running your mouth about what you’re going to do because you feel better when you take the burden of knowing you aren’t going to do it off your shoulders.

Don’t be that person anymore and transform into someone new!

175lbs —> 189 lbs

9 months of consistency with a focus on building sufficient tissue, not just bumping the number on the scale.

After we focused on leaning out some this allowed for Damien’s body to respond better when we started pushing calories up.

We slowly added carbs incrementally each while not manipulating cardio as much. Instead we added a walking pad at home to get more steps. Getting overall movement rather raising the heart rate and inducing more stress on the body during this time.

By the end of this time he added almost 15 lbs, while looking leaner and feeling overall better than before.

Stop waiting to be ready and tell yourself it’s time to act, DM me for 1:1 coaching and let’s get started! by @beyondthisrealmcoaching
