Welcome to BF Media Lounge.

We believe stories have the power to shape how we see ourselves, each other, and the world.

That’s why we created BF Media Lounge: a female-led entertainment studio building films, books, and original characters that champion women, promote positive masculinity, and Turn Up The Positivity.

From The Penis Conundrum to Reboot Your Story and Boris the Eggplant, we’re creating an entertainment universe where stories don’t end when the credits roll—they start conversations, bring people together, and invite you to be part of the journey.

🎬 Follow along as we:
• Make films
• Bring Boris to life
• Share practical tools to reboot your story
• Build a community that believes entertainment can inspire positive change

Welcome to BF Media Lounge. We’re just getting started.

What could only happen while making The P3nis Conundrum?

According to our 1st AD, Massimo Perego:
Finding a picture of his crotch on the storyboard.

For the record, Massimo would like everyone to know it did not make the final film. 😄

Just another completely normal day on The P3nis Conundrum.

Really grateful for this time away. ☀️

I'm going to be honest: I've been building @bfmedialounge in what has sometimes felt like one long breath.

And yes, I've achieved quite a lot. But it's also been overwhelming at times. There hasn't always been much room to, well… breathe!

Since July, I've been experimenting with doing things differently: can I build something hugely ambitious while actually enjoying my life?

I started BF Media Lounge later in life, and the traditional hustle-at-all-costs approach to building a company doesn't appeal to me at all.

For me, it has to be success AND joy.

The working title for this experiment is Hugely Ambitious — and Happy, because I'm not interested in one without the other.

We're often told that's not how entrepreneurship works. Well, let's see! 😅

Anyway, here's a picture of me a few days ago, enjoying my life while BF Media Lounge continued moving forward without me having to hold everything in my head. ☺️☀️ taken in Ibiza, Spain by @bfmedialounge

Meet Gian Bonacchi.

A role he probably didn’t expect to add to his CV:
The P3nis Guy. 🍆

What intrigued him about The Penis Conundrum?

Playing a male character seen through a female perspective.

Which is perhaps one of the reasons this little film became much more interesting than its title might suggest.

The P3nis Conundrum is coming.

When I first talked about making The P3nis Conundrum, some people made assumptions immediately.

One person warned me I’d become “the P3nis Girl”.

Others heard the title and jumped straight to p0rn.

But that was never what interested me.
I was interested in the awkward, very human stuff underneath: shame, desire, insecurity, misunderstanding — and what happens when we actually start talking about it.

And yes, I also thought the premise was genuinely funny.

So I made it anyway.
Some conversations are worth starting.

The P3nis Conundrum is coming.

We asked our DoP, Núria Pérez, two very important questions.

What could only happen while making The P3nis Conundrum?
Apparently: 10,000 crotch shots.
And one word to describe the film?
Positive.
Which, somehow, tells you quite a lot about what we made. 🍆

SEPTEMBER SUCCESS JAR☀️

It’s that time of the month when we look back and celebrate our wins — big, small and everything in between.

In Reboot Your Story, Anne-Cécile Ville encourages us to write down our wins, because success isn’t only about the big milestones.

And this month, we’re thankful for...

🥭 Spanish mango season

One of the joys of living here: getting to enjoy delicious locally grown organic mangoes while they’re in season. The little things absolutely count.

🍆 Getting The Pen1s Conundrum to picture lock

We’ve been very busy behind the scenes with our wonderful post-production team — which apparently sometimes involves me sending people extremely sophisticated technical drawings of pen1ses. 😅🍆

Our editor Petar Angelov Dyankov has brought the film to picture lock and is now helping prepare everything for the next stages of post-production.

Luis Reggiardo is taking care of the final colour grade, Lali Rizza is creating the VFX for one particularly unusual shot 👀, and Andrés M. Cortés is bringing the world of the film to life through sound.

There’s something rather magical about watching all these different crafts come together around something that once existed only in my head.

🐠 Morning snorkelling before work

We’re very lucky to live somewhere where occasionally the morning commute can involve fins, fish and the Mediterranean.

Sometimes the best way to start a working day is underwater.

🎥 Getting ready for the first BFML LIVE

This month also included a visit to Studio Red as we start preparing something I’ve been dreaming about for BF Media Lounge: bringing The Peni1 Conundrum to the audience and then continuing the conversation together.

Because for us, the credits are just the beginning.

More details coming soon...

Here’s to noticing the progress while we’re busy making it. 💛

It started with a script.

Then came the clapperboard.

The Penis Conundrum is coming this October.

And this time, the credits are only the beginning.

What if entertainment didn’t end when the credits rolled?

We’re surrounded by more content than ever — and plenty of reasons to feel divided, overwhelmed or disconnected.

At BF Media Lounge, we’re interested in something else:

What can bring us together?

We create entertainment that starts conversations — giving people a reason to laugh, connect and hear different perspectives.

We start the conversation.
The audience takes it from there.

Turn Up The Positivity.

Unfortunately, he gave too much away. #spoilers 😅🍆
