Oh it was not easy! I thought about withdrawing weeks ago, but we don’t make decisions after one (or multiple) rough training sessions 😮‍💨The real difference for this meet was my mental game. I was confident in weeks and years of training. I am beyond elated with my performance 💪🏾

Kiara Earle did it AGAIN! Kiara ended another championship weekend in spectacular fashion, checking off every box any athlete would envision for a competition.

#26NCW FLASH REPORT: One Word. WOW. Best way to describe Kiara Earle's performance Sunday afternoon on the final day of the USA Weightlifting National Championships in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Making her second appearance at Senior Nationals, Kiara was determined, gutsy, and brought the fight on every attempt. She finished with personal bests in the snatch (87 kg), the clean and jerk (117 kg), and for total (204 kg) and earned a top ten finish in the 86+ class.

2026 VIRUS Weightlifting Series 1 🤩🥲

OH WE ARE SO BACK 🔥

Thank you to @caraheadsslaughter and @hkindc for coaching me through my best performance yet! Many thanks to the @chfpweightlifting team and my community at large for cheering me on. And special thanks to Matthew (for the post-meet doughnuts) ❤️

✨ I qualified for National Championships! See you soon, Colorado Springs!

✨ I went 3 for 3 on snatches! I genuinely can’t remember the last time that happened.

✨I earned my first medal at a national level meet!

🌱 There’s always room for growth but frankly I don’t have much to complain about from this meet. I’m proud of myself and grateful for the support I have.

Snatch: 82 ✅ , 84 ✅, 86 (comp PR) ✅
Clean & Jerk: 113 ✅ 116 (comp PR) 🥉, 119 ❌

VWS1 FLASH REPORT: Our team's final session at the 2026 Virus Weightlifting Series ended in spectacular fashion with James Sayger and Kiara Earle delivering stellar, PR performances in their respective A sessions.

James [110 kg] smashed all three snatches, finishing with a personal best 124 kg. He added a personal best 176 kg in the clean and jerk to reach the 300 kg total milestone, adding 10 kg to his total. @jimmmyyboyy

Scoreboard: 118-121-124*/169-×174-176*/300*

Kiara [86+] equally dominated her three attempts in the snatch, lifting a personal best 86kg. Kiara added another personal best in the clean and jerk with 116 kg, increasing her total by 6 kg to 202 kg. Her 116 kg clean and jerk earned her a place on the podium with a Bronze medal. 🥉 @bfwulion
