We put our staff in the hot seat... Rapid fire questions!

This is what a day at the Club actually feels like: fast, loud, competitive (yes, even the staff), and full of the people who make it great.

Tag the staff member who'd survive a Club day with zero coffee. We already know who wouldn't. by @bgcsck

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Fairways for Futures! Your support helps Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Kansas continue creating opportunities for kids and teens across our community.

And a special thank you to the sponsors who helped make the evening possible:

⛳ Champions Bay: Jimmy John’s + Fugate Enterprises
🌟 VIP Bay Host: Kansas Health Foundation
💙 Bay Hosts: Hall’s Culligan + Capitol Federal + At Home Wichita Real Estate + Rhoden Roofing

We’re grateful to have a community that continues to show up for our Club kids. Same time next year? by @bgcsck

Thanks to Champion Sponsor Textron Aviation, teens in our Up Next program spent their summer getting a closer look at what their futures could hold.

Through hands-on work-based learning and local career exploration, teens built real-world skills, discovered new possibilities and gained experience they can take with them long after summer ends.

Investments like this don’t just support a summer program. They give the next generation of thinkers, innovators and leaders more opportunities to figure out what’s next.

Thank you, Textron Aviation, for investing in our teens and their Great Futures. ✈️ by @bgcsck

The feeling of building.

Not just a tower of blocks, but confidence. Focus. The kind of pride that shows up when a kid figures something out on their own.

That's what happens every day at the Club, one project, one win, one "I did it!" at a time.

This is what BE GREAT looks like in action. by @bgcsck

Working with kids has changed the way we see courage, resilience, and connection. These are a few lessons that have stayed with our team over the years:

- Connection will always matter more than correction.
- Courage usually looks like trying again after losing a board game, not some grand gesture.
- Kids don't need perfect adults; they just need people who show up and listen.
- Real growth happens in the quiet moments that are easy to miss.

Swipe through to see what our team learns from the kids at Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Kansas every single afternoon.

As a youth development team in South Central Kansas, this is what we create:

- real connection before correction
- safe spaces for kids to just be kids
- core memories on the dodgeball court
- quiet breakthroughs and big confidence
- scroll-stopping energy every single afternoon

We help kids discover who they are, build real life skills, and realize their potential, all under one roof.

From homework help and art studio projects to gym games and daily mentorship, everything we do is designed to help the next generation feel seen, supported, and ready to lead 💙

We’re proud to receive a Community Grant from the @tacobell Foundation, helping us give young people the tools, opportunities and support they need to succeed in higher education and beyond.

And your Taco Bell order can be part of it. 🌮 When you Round Up at a @tacobell restaurant, those funds help support youth scholarships and organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Kansas.

Small change. More opportunities for young people. by @bgcsck

Behind every great afternoon at the Club is a team of adults who care more about making a real impact than just following a rigid script.

These 8 approaches are the foundation of how we build trust, create safe spaces, and help young people across South Central Kansas realize their full potential.

Tell us in the comments: which one of these resonates most with you?
