HOW TO CONTROL AN UNCONTROLLABLE MIND?

Arjuna asked:

Oh! Krishna, since the mind is unsteady, turbulent, obstinate, and very strong,
controlling the mind is more difficult than controlling the wind."
(Bhagavad Gita 6:34)

Shri Krishna answered: "Arjuna, no doubt the mind is very difficult to control.
However, it can be controlled by constant practice and detachment." (Bhagavad Gita 6:35)
Without DETACHMENT to people and things, MIND cannot be controlled.

Shri Krishna said :

When a person constantly thinks about objects attachment to those objects arises in the mind
From attachment, desire is born and
from desire, anger is born
From anger comes delusion
from delusion comes the loss of memory.
From the loss of memory comes the destruction of intellect
and once the intellect is destroyed, the Person perishes. (Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2: 62, 63)

DIFFICULT QUESTIONS & EXCELLENT ANSWERS:

Arjuna: Why do people have to suffer so much?

Krishna: Diamonds cannot be shined without rubbing and gold can never be finished without heating, good people have to go through an examination, they have not suffered. Life becomes pleasant through experience, not sad.

Arjuna: You mean that this experience is useful?

Krishna: I mean to say that experience is a rigorous teacher,
who takes the test first and then teaches the lesson.

Arjuna: The reason for many problems in life is that we do not understand where we are going.

Krishna: If you look outside, you will not understand that you are going where you are, look inside yourself. The eyes show direction and the heart is the way.

Arjuna: Does failure make you more miserable or not able to go in the right direction?

Krishna: other people always decide the criteria of success and you yourself of satisfaction.

Arjuna: How to keep yourself motivated in difficult times?

Krishna :- Always look at how far you have come, rather than to see how far you have to go, always keep in mind what is received by the grace of God, not what is not found.

In order to succeed in any competition, you must give your best effort.

Preparation for the competition is always an internal process, you need to be the best version of yourself.

By comparing yourself with others, you lose sight of your own preparation.

The smile is the universal language.

Everyone becomes beautiful with it.

Genuine smiles lighten heavy hearts.

Wear it because it’s a gift only humans get.

When you are overwhelmed with thoughts in your mind, then you should get busy with physical activity.

It will bring coordination between

the body and mind.

Sitting idle with a mind full of thoughts

can be a dangerous thing.

Shradh Pitru Paksha🙏
Pitru Paksha is a 16–lunar day period in the Hindu calendar when Hindus pay homage to their ancestors, especially through food offerings. Pitru paksha is observed from 29 September to 14 October this year.

Significance of Pind Daan.🙏

A tradition to respect our ancestors.

#Pind #Daan is performed to let the soul move forward into peace. The Hindus believe that the departed soul can ultimately attain salvation. Pind Daan helps in the process of achieving mukti or final emancipation from the cycle of deaths and rebirths.
