Right now, something in you is gripping. 💛
The outcome. The future. What they'll think of you.
We all hold at least one of the six grips — control, fear of what's coming, worth tied to results, perfectionism, approval, comparison.
This is Anāsakti — the art of letting go — inside Sakha. You name your grip. You say the fear out loud. And the Gita writes back, to that exact fear: "anxiety for the fruit only steals today."
Real in-app footage. No actors. No script. Just the app doing what it was built for.
Whatever you're gripping tonight — you can put it down.
Try it. It surely helps.

"Which grip is yours — control, the future, results, perfection, approval, or comparison? Be honest 👇" (six options = everyone can answer = comment gold)

Did you know a complete yoga practice goes far beyond the physical body?

In this video, I briefly explore the fifth aspect of Akhanda Yoga: Yogic Wisdom, the philosophy and teachings behind the practice.

When we bring yogic wisdom onto our mat, we begin to understand more deeply how we live, how we think, and how we connect with ourselves and the world around us.

One seed of light. Watch what it becomes. 🌳✨
The Gita calls it the eternal tree — ऊर्ध्वमूलमधःशाखम् — roots in the Divine, branches in you. Every branch of your life is fed from one root (Gita 15.1).
You were never a single leaf, alone in the dark. The whole tree holds you. 🪔

This is your mind. Full. Loud. Never still. 🖋️
Then one verse falls in — and the noise clears. तस्माद् योगी भव — "Therefore, become still; be the one who is calm amid the storm" (Gita 6.46).
One line can quiet everything. Sakha brings you the right one. 🪔

It's 2:47 AM. You typed it out — then deleted it. 📱
Everyone's asleep. You don't want to wake them for this. So you just sit with it, again.
What if one friend was always up — answering only with the Gita? That's Sakha. For the hours no one else is awake. 🪔

Arjuna asked to see who was really speaking. And the Divine showed him everything, at once. 🌌
अहमात्मा गुडाकेश — "I am the Self, seated in the heart of all beings; the beginning, the middle, the end." (Gita 10.20)
The stars, the sorrow, the friend beside you — one light, wearing every face. And you are part of it.
The whole Gita, in your hand. The universe, as a companion. 🪔
