Last night was a blessing!

My hometown (WHITE PLAINS, NY) honored me alongside Mayor Roach, Rev. Erwin Trollinger and Cuddy & Feder LLP for the work I’ve done in sports production, real estate and my fundraiser, @jamielnealfundraiser . I can’t put into words what this means to me and how much I’m blessed. Thank you to my family and friends for supporting such a special night. Special thank you to Mr. Williams and the White Plains Youth Bureau. I’m honored that I received the Shining Star award and 6 proclamations last night but I’m just getting started.

Still on cloud 100000000000…

This is my acceptance speech last week at the @thesportsemmys Awards.

God is sooooo good and I will forever remember this moment. It was soooo magical and God knew I needed this win at that very moment. I’m forever grateful for the entire team that worked on this piece. They really grinded it out with me. I’m blessed to have worked with you all on this.

✨✨✨All the stars aligned today and I got to interview my favorite basketball player of all-time, @theofficialai3 . It was magical.✨✨✨

I cried real tears of happiness after this interview with my mom, dad, and sister. (Yup, I’m soft 😂😂😂)

All I can keep saying is GOD IS SOOOOOO GOOD! This is by far one of the greatest interviews that I’ve ever done. He literally stayed just to talk basketball with me! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 my interview went for one hour and 45 minutes because he was having so much fun (his words).

I went to Italy to eat all the food. I love Italian food… I never imagine I’d have so much fun in Italy…. We met so many great people and A TIME WAS HAD!

I’m proud of this piece that featured Claressa “GWOAT” Shields, it aired today to kickoff the 2026 FIBA World Cup!

I pitched this to my boss two weeks ago. The day after we sent the write up to her team, she said YES! Unfortunately, I was in Italy when we shot with her but I prep everything from Italy to make sure the shoot went smoothly. Big shout out to two of my favorite people at work that always push me @jtl_atl & Drew to always think bigger and always challenging me as a Producer/Director. I really appreciate them for that, I truly do. Shoutout to @twillpixs for directing while I was in Italy and bringing ideas to the table. BIG SHOUTOUT to Mark Jackson, he killed this edit and I had him staying up late every night this week to get this thing to air this morning. Sean and Matt on graphics, and Dan on the mix!

Happy 5th birthday to my littlest baby, Malcolm Jamiel! My NICU warrior, the strongest and smartest kid I know and my favorite 5 year old. This little man has so much personality.

My dad’s birthday is July 3rd, but none of us was in the same state to celebrate with him. So we all wanted to surprise him last night and celebrate in Costa Rica. If you know my dad you know that he is the Knicks number one fan… he has been LOYAL for YEARS!!!! He knows everything about every Knicks player and all the coaches, etc… my dad records all the games (regular season too) and watch them repeatedly (like he is the coach breaking down film… 😂😂😂). He is more of a fan than Spike Lee (I said that to Spike Lee lol). He has been through HARD years with the Knicks … so we had to celebrate the Knicks Championship for his birthday in Costa Rica!
