11 EMMYS later… and THIS is the advice she'd give her younger self! 🏆🔥 Be BOLD. Speak UP. Stop waiting for somebody else to advocate for you! Brittany Hardy has built an impressive career behind the scenes at ESPN, NBC Sports, NBA TV, and TNT Sports. But there's one lesson she wishes she'd learned a whole lot sooner. She calls it being “professionally aggressive.” 💯 And sometimes that's exactly what it takes! 🎙️ 11-time Emmy-winning producer Brittany Hardy on Developing Athletes with Shadzilla. #BrittanyHardy #DevelopingAthletes #CareerAdvice #WomenInSports

THE GOAT HAS ENTERED THE CHAT! 🐐🏆🔥 11 EMMYS. Yes, ELEVEN! 🏆 ESPN. NBC Sports. NBA TV. TNT Sports. From the Olympics and Super Bowls to some of the biggest stories in basketball and entertainment, Brittany Hardy has been making MAJOR moves behind the scenes! 🎬💪🏽 So when Shadzilla asked this powerhouse which projects made her say, “Yeah, I DID THAT!” — she didn't hesitate! And the fact that she produced BOTH of her favorites in the SAME YEAR?! 🔥 Put some RESPECT on her name! 👏🏽 🎙️ 11-time Emmy-winning producer Brittany Hardy on Developing Athletes with Shadzilla. #BrittanyHardy #DevelopingAthletes #EmmyWinner #WomenInSports

Recently had the opportunity to work with @claressashields , and it was an absolute privilege. Not only is she a superstar in the ring, but she’s also incredibly fun, down-to-earth, and great to work with. Just received the behind-the-scenes photos from the shoot and they came out 🔥. Had to share a few of them. Grateful for the opportunity, the experience, and the people who make moments like this possible. 🙏🏾

11x Emmy winner Brittany Hardy on meeting Lil Wayne: "He should get on stage and tell jokes." Ask him the wrong question and he'll shut down or hit you with something smart. But when it's right? He's a comedian. He's got stories for days, and the way he tells them is just so dope. The best part about meeting someone you've watched from afar? Finding out they're even doper in real life. 🎤 #DevelopingAthletes #BrittanyHardy #LilWayne #BehindTheScenes

11-time Emmy winner Brittany Hardy breaks down how she earned the awards. Some came from producing live show production on the Olympics. A lot came from her work on Inside the NBA for TNT, producing features and teases for the guys to break down on air. But her most recent Emmy? A tease she produced on 50 Years of Hip Hop. She interviewed rappers and athletes and showed how the NBA and hip hop are intertwined, how they go hand in hand. And the best part: that idea was hers. She brought it to her boss. 🏆🎬 🎙️ Watch the full episode on YouTube: @DevelopingAthletes #DevelopingAthletes #BrittanyHardy #Emmy #Producer #HipHop

11x Emmy winner Brittany Hardy on the boldest creative risk she ever took: producing for Venus Williams. It was for Roland Garros, and she had the opportunity to be Venus's producer. Every question, every graphic, the whole creative direction, all of it came from her. The wild part? "I don't know tennis like that." And she's sitting across from one of the greatest to ever do it. So she dialed all the way in. Studied the heavy hitters, past and present. Made sure the graphics, the questions, and most of all Venus herself were all taken care of. 11 Emmys in a male-dominated industry. This is how you earn them. 🎾🏆 #DevelopingAthletes #BrittanyHardy #VenusWilliams #Producer #CreativeRisk

My first @rolandgarros shoots! Serving with Sloane is a short-form feature series for @tntsportsus — host-driven, city-spanning, and anchored by Grand Slam champion @sloanestephens, whose bright, easy presence makes hosting look effortless. NYC brought a legend. @spikelee on set is everything you’d want it to be — one of my all-time filmmaking inspirations, and he showed up exactly like that. Paris was next level. @salif_crookboyz — dancer extraordinaire and one of the most authentic voices in the city — brought us into his world at the Trocadéro and Le CENTQUATRE, and we finished it all on clay. This series was @bhardyaka’s vision from the start — her baby as producer and director — and I was grateful to help bring it to life. First time crossing the Atlantic for production. Won’t be the last. Grateful for every person on both crews who made it happen. Looking forward to next time. 🤝 LP/PM/BTS photos:🙋🏾‍♂️ — NEW YORK CITY — @tntsportsus x @sloanestephens feat. @spikelee DP: @holly.fisch Cam Op: @billyv0 | @pleasantoakproductions AC: @kevinkimframes Cam Utility: @megalooroo Key B Grip: @markwhatshisname Grip: @teresa_motherway Sound Mixer: @mmodula PA: @brooklyn_mood — PARIS — @tntsportsus x @sloanestephens feat. @salif_crookboyz DP: Robin Sound: @adriano_cerone PA: @cyrille_ichiro Local Producer: @nikkipetersenfilm
