Football!! My whole life if anything has continued to keep me going and has improvised me not just physically but mentally as well is this beautiful game. Bad day? Need football. Good day? Need football. Bad performance? The urge to play again ASAP to work on my mistakes. Good performance? The urge to perform better again ASAP!! Football has been the most constant thing I’ve had in my life other than my brothers. I’ve learnt almost everything about life through football and it’s crazy how a game can teach you so many things right? From putting efforts to maintaining discipline, from being consistent to keep on improving myself, football has always played a huge part in my life. I am so so grateful to this wonderful game, even the confidence to share my feelings about football here has come from this game. What surprises me the most that since the last 10 years of me playing football I’ve constantly changed and so has my game, I still continue to play shit my teammates would know very well😅
But then the urge to keep on playing never stops. The struggle to keep my work life aside and to get a chance to play kills me sometimes, but the peace that comes right when I enter the field makes everything better, even after bad games tho there is frustration and low morale, I still feel good, there’s still some peace and that’s the beauty of this game. Grateful to my brothers who introduced me and taught me how to play, the strangers turned into brothers, my seniors who have given me the right guidance and last but not least, thanks a million to this wonderful game for existing🤍 by @bhavvyaaaa__
