“The only thing you sometimes have control over is perspective. You don't have control over your situation. But you have a choice about how you view it.”
Chris Pine

For day 7 of the #AloFindingPeace challenge there is an inverted pose on the list that challenges the way we view things. I picked a kapotasana variation with my favorite @bhogabalance blocks. Maybe not the first pose you would pick for an inversion, but as my head is lower then my heart I think it should work! At least it challenges the way I view things!

Trying out my balance on my #bhogabalance #bhogablocks
It takes a lot of mental effort to stay balanced. Studies have shown that healthy adults who regularly do balance training exercises can improve their memory and spatial awareness more effectively than healthy adults who only focus on cardio exercises. These #yogablocks are so versatile. They can be used as regular blocks to deepen postures or make certain poses more accessible. Here I am using them for balance exercise.
