We are back this Saturday - August 1st - for a community gravel ride from The Plains, VA

Rider meeting & roll out @ 10AM

The Fine Print:
🌟 Start location is Doppio Bunny Coffee in The Plains, VA
🌟 Street parking on Fauquier and Main
🌟 Bathrooms, beverages, and snacks available at Doppio Bunny. A and B Groups can opt for a mid-ride stop
🌟 We offer 3 ride options: A Group goes 14-16mph for 42mi, B Group goes 11-13mph for 34mi, and C Group goes 8-10mph for 21mi. We reserve the ability to combine groups 👍🏽
🌟 Après-bike at Doppio Bunny

Our rides are for almost everyone 😎 This one is mixed-surface, appropriate for experienced gravel cyclists who are comfortable riding in a group and have experience riding country/mountain roads that are gravel/paved.

This ride has more gravel than pavement and the most elevation per mile of all our rides.

A HUGE thank you to our incredible community, the Prince George’s County Board of Elections, the Office of Community Relations, WABA, and all of the candidates who came out, showed their support, and rode alongside residents today for Pedal to the Polls! 💙💛

Today was about more than just riding bikes—it was about civic engagement, community connection, and empowering residents to make their voices heard. 🙌🏾

Pedal to the Polls is just the beginning. As we move through this election cycle, it’s critical that we continue spreading awareness, encouraging participation, and fulfilling our responsibility as citizens of Prince George’s County. 🇺🇸✨

🌟 Start location is NCR Paper Mill Road lot in Cockeysville, MD
🌟 Parking lot smol + drive long; Consider carpooling
🌟 Port-o-Johns at trailhead; consider stopping at Dunkin’ Donuts on York Rd for flush bathroom, beverages, or snacks. There are no refueling stops along the trail
🌟 We will ride to the PA state line & back (40mi RT) in different pace groups
🌟 Après-bike at Bubbakoos Burritos on York Rd

Our rides are for almost everyone 😎 This one is 100% gravel rail trail and is appropriate for all levels of gravel cyclists including beginners. Riders should be comfortable riding in a group on a gravel bike path.
