Thank you @ayesuppose and @bossmeem for creating a space for me to actualize my full potential! Thank you @bhurtinem and @cyclingmeek for the laughs, vibes, mini mental check-ins, and one of many more adventures to come 🫂 We did it 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.

Views with friends make the climb worth it. Day 5 in Tossa, the longest climb, offered a beautiful view and the chance to soak my feet in the Mediterranean Sea, and it was worth it.

Day 3 Balneari Yari’s Route riding through Girona!
Yummy food, Café con leche, Pistachio-Buttered croissants, & Coke vibes. Riding time 444 🙌🏾 I’m building a solid foundation ✅, and my vision is spiritually rooted and protected. The only way is up from here! Shoutout to @bossmeem @ayesuppose for having the vision and gifting us/ me the opportunity to see amazing things. S/O to @cyclingmeek & @bhurtinem for being so dope. I'm So Great 👊🏾

🏅Medal Mondays 🏅
The result? Not what I wanted. The comeback? Everything. 🙏🏾🔥

After this year’s injury, I’m extremely humbled and grateful just to be healthy enough to race again. Not every victory is measured by a finish time—sometimes, making it back to the starting line is the win. 💪🏾

🥹Always special thanks to my family @prettypoised for the support and allowing me to train and do all of the things to compete 🤣🤣 & for filming 📸

The next five weeks of training are already mapped out. Time to work, learn, and come back stronger.

See you all at the next race! 🏊🏾‍♂️🚴🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️
