Invited for an afternoon at the House of Lords @ukparliament celebrating the power and impact of female entrepreneurship.

Ngl I ignored this email twice thinking it was spam. Turns out it wasn’t.

It felt surreal to be in such a prestigious setting, surrounded by leading female founders, investors, policymakers, and advocates championing the future of women in business.

Only 2% of equity funding goes to female-founded businesses. For perspective that is $6.7B vs the $241.9B for all-male founding teams.

I feel like the smallest of fish in the biggest of ponds but moments like this remind me l am part of the movement. I am in those numbers.

And by being there I am part of the change towards a more equitable future for women, and for all those underrepresented.

And yes ofc I wore a suit and tie. Bc if the boys can. Damn right I can too.

Funny how grief started my on this journey. And it’s the bigger moments during it that always make the pain a little louder. The bitter sweetness of it. But my gosh would he be proud ❤️

Your reminder: don’t worry about figuring it all out. Just figure out yourself first.

🚀 550km LA to Las Vegas
🚀 60 miles solo
🚀 5.03 per km average split
🚀 2am start, 3hrs sleep
🚀 No headphones, no distractions
🚀 @thespeedproject LALV 2025 completed it

Not bad for someone who doesn’t enjoy running 🫡

6 months ago I agreed to what it coined in the running community “the hardest race in the world”. A relay race, consisting of 6 people, running from LA to Vegas. To make it more interesting I’d never actually met any of my team.

I was 8 weeks post major foot surgery with 3 new metal pins in my toe. It had also been a rough year in the start up trenches and my mood and self-belief were running pretty consistently low.

So naturally, in true Bianca fashion, saying yes to something I actively don’t like doing and making my life even more difficult felt like the only thing to do.

In all honesty, I knew I needed the reminder to myself of just how strong I am and just how capable I am to do hard things.

So there it began, six months of x4 runs a week, mostly through the cold, dark, wet streets of east London at 5am. The longest runs of my life, the fastest and the most consistent. I stuck to my training through winter, my birthday, Christmas, holidays. In fact the only week I missed was due to being bed ridden for a week with flu.

I don’t even have words for the experience yet. That will come later. But what I will say…

→ I proved something to myself.
→ I can do hard, uncomfortable things.
→ And I am stronger: mentally, physically, emotionally — than I’ve ever been.

This one’s going to stay with me.

Honoured to be featured in @startupsmagazine 24 Most Influential Women of 2024 🚀

A pinch me moment to be featured on a list with such a high calibre of leaders and equally high calibre businesses 🤯🤯🤯

To keep it real the night before I found out I was on this list I was crying over my laptop questioning everything.

Let’s normalise being human and being real.

Just another week in the life of a start-up founder 😂🎢

We’re proud to share that our founder, @biancaerrigocoaching, has been named Elite Circle Icon #05, part of the Founding 50.

Elite Circle’s feature tells the story behind HumanOS, and it starts well before the company existed.

In her early twenties, Bianca was working in global tech sales and doing well, from the outside. Then she lost her Dad to cancer. Not long after, her own health deteriorated so badly that she ended up in hospital with a stress-related illness.

It left her with something she has carried ever since: you can look like you’re performing brilliantly while your body is telling a completely different story.

She built on her background in psychology and added qualifications in human behaviour and performance. She has now spent nearly 13,000 hours coaching people one-to-one. The more people she worked with, the more she saw the same pattern. Burnout, stress, poor management, and people struggling privately while still trying to perform publicly, with world-class support out of reach for most of them.

HumanOS is her answer, built on the belief that health, happiness and high performance should support one another.

Congratulations, Bianca, and thank you to Elite Circle for telling her story so well.

We take ourselves FAR too seriously sometimes.

And I am absolutely guilty of this.
Our careers.
Our businesses.
Our mistakes.
What other people think of us.
That one thing that didn’t go quite how we planned.

We can spend days, weeks, MONTHS worrying about things that, in the grand scheme of life, really aren’t that significant.

A favourite concept of mine: significant insignificance.

The things we experience can feel absolutely enormous in the moment.
And I am not suggesting we dismiss them.
But sometimes we need to zoom out.

Will this matter in a week?
A year?
Five years?

And if it won’t, why are we allowing it to consume so much of our capacity today?

Of course, some things really are significant.

Grief, illness, relationships, the things that fundamentally change our lives.

But an awful lot of what we stress about simply isn’t.

You can care deeply about something without allowing it to consume you.

And sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is remind yourself that you are one very small human in one VERY big world.

I find that quite comforting. It can also be very confronting. That’s the beauty of it.

Always a pleasure @johnnyisaacs86 @explosivebrands

Almost ten years since I lost my Dad.

And not one day has gone by that I have taken my health for granted.

That’s what grief does.

It teaches you, in the most painful way, what you will never take for granted again.

I think about him every day.

I think about him even more when things are hard.

And somehow, I think about him even more than that when things are going well.

I’ve thought about him so much throughout my pregnancy journey.

The moments my baby will never get to have with him.

The person who shaped his mumma, who he will never get to meet.

But also all the ways my Dad will be part of his life,
even if not physically here for it.

So you best believe I’m moving my body for as long as I feel able throughout this journey.

Not just for my mind.

But out of respect for the privilege that I can.

Because when you’ve watched someone you love lose their health, being able to use your body never feels like something you’re simply entitled to.

It feels like a gift.

And it’s a gift my baby will understand the importance of.

Save this one for later
(& a great one whether pregnant or not) ⬇️⬇️⬇️

5 rounds for time:
400m sprint
X10 DB hang cleans
X10 goblet squat
X10 RDLS
X10 Lunges

The first four months were a write off.
Training felt like a distant memory.
Walking the dog felt like a marathon.

Then month five hit and I started to feel the energy up.
The puking went down.
And we found our way back to one of our favourite places, the gym.

Now we ease into month seven and we’re feeling the best yet.
Able to go a little heavier, move a little faster than the months before.
Nowhere near pre-pregnancy but we don’t need to be.
We’re just having fun and feeling good.

Preggo diaries week 22-25 👶🏼🫶✨🧑‍🧑‍🧒

Gosh, this was a tough few weeks.

I remember the weight of work feeling mentally exhausting. And the constant intrusive thoughts of wishing either me or my partner had a more “normal” career.

This period felt like a constant pendulum swing between immense excitement and complete presence as I felt baby kick more, move more and started to feel increasingly connected to him…

And then the exhaustion of work. The mental load. The output. The decisions. The physical fatigue. The anxiety became greater and greater.

In fact, let’s talk about this…

We all know having a baby is going to change your life forever.

What we talk about far less is the anxiety that can come from feeling like you don’t quite have your life “where it should be” before they arrive.

Or maybe even more than this “where you thought it would be”?!

“People always say ‘there’s never a right time’, and that may be true. Completely unhelpful or productive, but sure true.

Instead of looking for the right time, for me it was just a game of once again leaning into the uncertainty, and knowing it will all be exactly as it should be. A stance in life that no matter how difficult at times, is yet to fail me.

I put all my focus on the gratitude i felt towards being pregnant, as that far outweighed all the anxiety of not necessarily having a clear, or even simple path ahead.

And somewhere in these wild weeks I noticed something else….

For probably the first time in my life, being kind to myself started to feel natural?! And needed.

Not everything needs to be overcome.
Sometimes you just have to meet yourself where you are at. And thats enough.

Movement felt easier these weeks.
My strength was finally on the up.
Food became temporarily easier. More on this next time.
But the insomnia also made a hard comeback.
And so did the naps 😂

So that’s it, another month of adapting, navigating, growing and evolving.

If you are in this transition, or any transition, my advice? Lean into the uncertainty, it sits right beside the magic ✨

A day in the life of a @harvard faculty member 💁🏻‍♀️✨📈

A whirlwind 36 hours and the worst jet-lag known to man (turns out four flights in one week at 6 months pregnant is a bit of an energy killer 🤣).

But what a day and what an experience.

12/10 for the memory books 📚

Ps check out that view from my suit at @thequinhouseboston 🌆

Full details on the course in my comments ✨

This time last week, our founder @biancaerrigocoaching was onsite with @harvard in Boston delivering a session on Incorporating Digital & Wearable Tech into Corporate Wellness as part of their new course: The Role of Lifestyle Medicine in the Workplace.

A course designed by Justin Yang, MD and Stefanos Kales.

For this session, Bianca joined two brilliant experts in the space:

→ Dr Ricky Choi, Head of Digital Health at Samsung Electronics and Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford University
→ Gabriel Mecklenburg, co-founder of Hinge Health

Together they explored the real role digital and wearable technology can play in corporate health.

We can now measure more about our health than at any point in history.

But does that mean we should measure all of it?

Technology can do a lot.

→ It can turn continuous health signals into earlier, more personalised support
→ It can connect data to triage, intervention and outcomes, rather than leaving people with another dashboard
→ It can help organisations identify workforce-level patterns and design more targeted, preventative support, without exposing individual health data

But detecting a problem is not the same as helping a human being change it.

A wearable can flag poor sleep, declining activity or changes in stress and recovery.

But then what?

Who notices?
Who interprets it?
What happens next?
And where does someone go for support?

That gap between insight and intervention is fundamental to how we think about technology at HumanOS.

As Bianca put it:

“Technology should help us understand humans better. It should never make humans secondary to the data.”

Because data alone doesn’t create healthier, higher-performing teams.

It needs context.
It needs trust.
And often, it needs human input.

That combination of technology + human support sits at the heart of Sustainable High Performance, and it is exactly what we are building at HumanOS every day. We’re incredibly proud to see that thinking being part of the conversation at Harvard.
