There’s a story behind every vision.
I’m Bianca Pendleton, Founder & CEO of Mind Your Game™ 🧠
As a former Division II women’s basketball student-athlete and captain, current graduate women’s basketball coach, and M.A. Clinical Mental Health Counseling student, I’ve experienced athletics from multiple perspectives—and one thing has always stood out:
We talk so much about the athlete’s performance that we sometimes forget the person behind it.
The pressure to perform.
The fear of failure.
Identity beyond sports.
Confidence.
Burnout.
Academics.
Relationships.
Mental health.

And figuring out who you are when the game isn’t being played.
That’s why I created Mind Your Game™.
My vision is to create a space where athletes can have honest conversations, feel supported, become empowered, and understand that taking care of their mental health is just as important as taking care of their physical performance.
As I continue my education, pursue my Ph.D., and work toward becoming a sport psychologist, I’m committed to bridging athletics + mental health through education, advocacy, research, and meaningful conversations.

This is bigger than a platform.

It’s a movement to protect the human under the jersey. 🧠🏀
And this is only the beginning.

12 long years. Honestly never thought I would be a college athlete but God always makes a way. Thank you to my village, my teammates both past and present for not only being amazing people but being apart of my journey. This has been a helluva ride and I wouldn’t change my experience ever because it has shaped me to be the person that I am today. Basketball has bought me joy but also has brought me pain. Through everything I have been able to honor the game in many ways. I’m literally just a girl from PG County. You never know what the future holds. Putting an orange ball in the hoop shouldn’t define your worth. You’re worth more than your sport!
