We really loved and had so much fun at Monika's footwork challenge workshop that we HAD to go outside and record it ourselves 😁🔥

After many attempts and a few technical issues... we finally got it! And here's the result 😌 We hope you like it as much as we did. Watch until the end to see how excited we were after FINALLY getting it right 🤣😎

Thank you girls for your energy and enthusiasm ❤️

🧠 @monika_dancelife thank you! 🫶🏼

Saunagus in CPH 🧖‍♀️

⚠️No lo hagan sin gente que sepa lo que hace⚠️// ⚠️Don’t do it without people that know what they’re doing⚠️

We did 3 intense sauna sessions with different scents. Ngl, it burned like h3ll! 😂 But as long as you stay calm and breathe deeply, your mind gets used to it and so does your body. 😌

Between each session, we had to cool down quickly, so that’s why we dived into the water🥶 It was cold af😃

We finished with a quick shower to wash off the salt, sweat (and tears) 😂

Pruébenlo, es toda una experiencia (además de ser super saludable) 😌// Try it, it’s quite an experience (besides being super healthy)😌
