🦋🦎🪼🐜💓 Feeling my heart expand, flexible again, taking in the salty breeze, filling up with water, with golden sunrays, letting go and taking in again, rythmic like the waves, full of life and of curiosity and admiration, feeling the crystals disolve, feeling an embrace of warmth, of shared excitement. These dull winter days are slowly getting under my skin and pulling me out of it. I disconnect from the body. Cold body. And crawl inside my skull. I shiver, and doubt this very sensation. My spine empty of liquid. My thoughts floating inside a thick fluid. Like contemplating or reviewing instead of being. I feel less material than in the warmer months.

While in this state of mind, floating through the gallery of the past, i got caught in this video of an everchanging waterbody back home and for a moment it brought me back to the spine, it felt warm in the cheekbones. Almost able to smell the salt and feel the wind and let the body be bathed by orange light.

I thought I’d share it in case someone needs it :) by @biawolf
